Description
Claims (16)
- 流動可能な状態のプラスチック材料がバレルを通して流れるときの温度を制御する装置において、前記バレルの外面と関連するバンドを包含し、このバンドが、前記バレルを通して流れる前記プラスチック材料の温度を制御する少なくともひとつ温度制御手段と、前記バレルの外周部を周方向に囲繞する複数の相互接続された導管ブロックとを包含し、これらの各導管ブロックが、外面と、空気を挿入するためのくぼんだ区域を有する内面と、厚さ部と、空気通路とを有し、前記空気通路が前記空気通路を通しての真空誘引空気流れの通過を容易にし、かつ加熱要素が前記導管ブロック内に埋設されている装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置において、前記バレルの外周部を周方向に囲繞する前記複数の導管ブロックの少なくともひとつの導管ブロックが、更に、前記導管ブロックの内面から外面にまで前記導管ブロックの厚さ部を通る冷却導管を包含している装置。
- 請求項1又は2記載の装置において、前記空気通路が、温度感知調節手段により調節される真空誘引空気流れの、前記空気通路を通しての通過を容易にする装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置において、更に、前記バレルを周方向に囲繞するガスケットを包含し、このガスケットが前記バレルの外周部を周方向に囲繞する、隣接する前記複数の相互接続された導管ブロック間に配置されている装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置において、前記プラスチック材料の温度を放射加熱により制御する装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置において、前記相互接続された導管ブロックの各々が個々に取換え可能である装置。
- 流動可能な状態のプラスチック材料がバレルを通して流れるときの温度を制御する装置において、前記バレルの外面と関連するバンドを包含し、このバンドが、前記バレルを通して流れる前記プラスチック材料の温度を制御する少なくともひとつ温度制御手段と、前記バレルの外周部を周方向に囲繞する複数の相互接続された導管ブロックとを包含し、これらの各導管ブロックが、外面と、空気を挿入するためのくぼんだ区域を有する内面と、厚さ部と、空気通路であって、前記空気通路を通しての真空誘引空気流れの通過を容易にする空気通路と、前記導管ブロックの各々の内部に埋設された加熱要素と、前記バレルを周方向に囲繞するガスケットであって、前記バレルの外周部を周方向に囲繞する、隣接する前記複数の相互接続された導管ブロック間に配置されているガスケットとを有し、前記バレルの外周部を周方向に囲繞する前記複数の導管ブロックの少なくともひとつの導管ブロックが、更に、前記導管ブロックの内面から外面にまで前記導管ブロックの厚さ部を通る冷却導管を包含している装置。
- 請求項7記載の装置において、前記空気通路が、温度感知調節手段により調節される真空誘引空気流れの、前記空気通路を通しての通過を容易にする装置。
- 流動可能な状態のプラスチック材料が射出成形又は押出し成形装置からバレルを通してキャビティ又は押出し成形ダイ内に流れるときの温度を制御すると共に前記バレルを絶縁する装置において、前記バレルの外面と関連するバンドを包含し、このバンドが、前記バレルを通して流れる前記プラスチック材料の温度を制御する少なくともひとつ温度制御手段と、前記バレルの外周部を周方向に囲繞する複数の相互接続された導管ブロックとを包含し、これらの各導管ブロックが、外面と、空気を挿入するためのくぼんだ区域を有する内面と、厚さ部と、空気通路をと有し、前記空気通路が前記空気通路を通しての真空誘引空気流れの通過を容易にし、かつ加熱要素が前記導管ブロック内に埋設されている装置。
- 請求項9記載の装置において、前記バレルの外周部を周方向に囲繞する前記複数の導管ブロックの少なくともひとつの導管ブロックが、更に、前記導管ブロックの内面から外面にまで前記導管ブロックの厚さ部を通る冷却導管を包含している装置。
- 請求項9又は10記載の装置において、前記空気通路が、温度感知調節手段により調節される真空誘引空気流れの、前記空気通路を通しての通過を容易にする装置。
- 請求項9記載の装置において、更に、前記バレルを周方向に囲繞するガスケットを包含し、このガスケットが前記バレルの外周部を周方向に囲繞する、隣接する前記複数の相互接続された導管ブロック間に配置されている装置。
- 請求項9記載の装置において、前記プラスチック材料の温度を放射加熱により制御する装置。
- 請求項9記載の装置において、前記相互接続された導管ブロックの各々が個々に取換え可能である装置。
- 流動可能な状態のプラスチック材料が射出成形又は押出し成形装置からバレルを通してキャビティ又は押出し成形ダイ内に流れるときの温度を制御すると共に前記バレルを絶縁する装置において、前記バレルの外面と関連するバンドを包含し、このバンドが、前記バレルを通して流れる前記プラスチック材料の温度を制御する少なくともひとつ温度制御手段と、前記バレルの外周部を周方向に囲繞する複数の相互接続された導管ブロックとを包含し、これらの各導管ブロックが、外面と、空気を挿入するためのくぼんだ区域を有する内面と、厚さ部と、空気通路であって、前記空気通路を通しての真空誘引空気流れの通過を容易にする空気通路と、前記導管ブロックの各々の内部に埋設された加熱要素と、前記バレルを周方向に囲繞するガスケットであって、前記バレルの外周部を周方向に囲繞する、隣接する前記複数の相互接続された導管ブロック間に配置されているガスケットとを有し、前記バレルの外周部を周方向の囲繞する前記複数の導管ブロックの少なくともひとつの導管ブロックが、更に、前記導管ブロックの内面から外面にまで前記導管ブロックの厚さ部を通る冷却導管を包含している装置。
- 請求項15記載の装置において、前記空気通路が、温度感知調節手段により調節される真空誘引空気流れの、前記空気通路を通しての通過を容易にする装置。
