技术领域
本发明涉及一种吹膜挤出装置、用于吹膜挤出装置的温度调节器以及一种用于吹膜挤出装置的温度调节的方法。
背景技术
按已知方式通过从由挤出器制备的热塑性熔体经由吹膜挤出装置成型环形软管来制造吹(塑薄)膜,其中熔体经由拉出装置展平并且在卷绕机上卷绕成即刻可用的尺寸的卷。软管形成通过如下方式实现:在吹膜挤出装置中设置有带有环形喷嘴缝隙的吹制头,在拉出过程期间熔体从该喷嘴缝隙排出,熔体受外部空气流和内部空气流支承并且按期望的规格吹制。不仅外部空气流而且内部空气流都被冷却,由此熔体被置于所谓的冷冻边缘(冷冻区),并且固定具有周长和厚度的所期望的软管尺寸。
但同时吹制头必在熔体通道的区域中利用几千瓦到100kW的加热功率来维持在与热塑性熔体的温度对应的温度上。在此情况下为了减小损耗功率,例如在DE 1 729 129 A1中公开了热绝缘的罩盖,所述罩盖将吹制头相对于外部环境空气隔离。
发明内容
本发明的目的是改进吹膜挤出装置的吹制头的加热。
该目的通过根据权利要求1所述的吹膜挤出装置、根据权利要求11所述的温度调节装置和根据权利要求12所述的用于温度调节的方法来达到。
根据本发明的,吹膜挤出装置包括吹制头和隔离部,该隔离部具有用于将吹制头相对于外部环境空气热绝缘的热阻,其中吹膜挤出装置具有用于控制热阻的元件。
利用根据本发明的,用于控制热阻的元件可以有针对性地改变相对于外部环境空气的热阻,其中该控制可以基本上手工(例如通过控制杆)和/或自动地进行。由此,实现热阻的快速变换,这加速整个吹制头的温度调节,更确切地说不仅在加热过程期间(例如在整个设备高负荷运转时)而且在冷却过程期间(例如在整个设备停机时)。
根据一种优选的实施形式,热阻包括用于热隔离的装置。在此情况下,它不仅可以涉及气态介质而且可以涉及固态介质。
例如,用于热隔离的装置于是可以包括至少一个空气间隙。该至少一个空气间隙的热阻可以通过如下方式来控制:影响在所述至少一个空气间隙中的空气流。为了影响空气流,在此例如可以设置有鼓风机,其具有可电控的鼓风机功率。可替选地或附加地可能的是,为了影响空气流而设置有可动的活门。在闭合的状态中,活门将空隙间隙与外部环境空气屏蔽。而在打开的状态中,该活门允许用外部环境空气通过对流和/或通过热辐射和/或通过由鼓风机产生的空气流进行循环。优选地,该活门通过传动装置彼此连接。以此方式可能的是,所有现有的活门都可以同时被操作员通过唯一的控制杆来操作。但可替选地或附加地,也可考虑的是,活门可以单独或通过传动装置一起以电动机方式来操控。
于是有利的是,用于控制热阻的元件具有至少一个活门,所述活门可以在封闭空气间隙的隔离位置与打开空气间隙的冷却位置之间可运动地支承。在此,因此可以被动地和/或主动地进行冷却装置的接通或甚至进行冷却。如果活门是打开的并且由此处于冷却位置中,则可能的是,至少通过对流可以将热从空隙间隙并且由此从吹制头散发。该对流附加地或可替选地也可以通过鼓风机强制进行地构建。根据相应的活门的大小和布置,在打开的冷却位置中还可以将热辐射从吹制头穿过开口射出,活门在打开的位置中释放该开口。因此,通过构建活门和与吹制头的相应几何关联而进行选择,相应的活门多强地影响相对于外部环境空气的热阻。当然,也可以设置两个或更多个活门,其尤其能以不同的冷却方式或不同的冷却功率运行。最为简单且成本最为低廉的是,所有活门相同地构建,使得通过打开所有活门可以实现最大的冷却功率。由此,实现最大地减小将吹制头冷却所需的时间。当然,也可考虑不同的冷却方式,例如热传导、热对流和热辐射的组合。
根据另一种优选的实施形式,通过如下方式可以控制所述至少一个空隙间隙中的热阻,即,根据热水瓶的原理在空气间隙中产生负压或真空。
根据另一种优选的实施形式,用于热隔离的装置包括固态隔离材料,尤其是陶瓷,其可以被引入隔离间隙内。用于控制热阻的元件在此可以影响固态隔离材料在隔离间隙内的位置。于是固态隔离材料在一个位置中具有相对于外部环境空气高的热阻,而当固态隔离材料被置于另一位置中时,热阻可以降低。优选地,固体隔离材料的位置可以以电动机方式来操控。
根据另一种优选的实施形式,用于热隔离的装置包括带有油流经的管路的层(eine Schicht mit öldurchflossenen Leitungen),其中油在外部调温设备中通过加热或冷却被调温到所期望的温度上。
根据另一种优选的实施形式,用于热隔离的装置包括带有珀尔贴元件的层。珀尔贴元件是电热转换器,其基于珀尔贴效应在电流流经时产生温差或在有温差时产生电流(塞贝克效应)。珀尔贴元件在此不仅可以用于冷却而且(在电流方向反向时)用于加热。
根据本发明的用于吹膜挤出设备的温度调节器包括用于控制在吹制头中集成的加热装置的加热功率的第一控制信号和用于操控用于控制热阻的元件的第二控制信号。
在根据本发明的用于对吹膜挤出装置进行温度调节的方法中,利用第一控制信号来控制在吹制头中集成的加热装置的加热功率而利用第二控制信号来控制用于控制热阻的元件。
根据一种优选的实施形式,温度调节装置在该设备停机时设置为,可以将热阻改变到尽可能低的值,以便实现对吹制头尽可能快地冷却。
根据另一优选的实施形式,温度调节装置在运行期间设置为,可控的热阻除了吹制头加热之外还可以用作调节吹制头温度的另外的调节量。例如,一旦吹制头由于高熔化温度而倾向于过热或出于其他工艺原因必须降低吹制头温度,于是在运行期间也可以快速地降低吹制头的温度。
