Claims (4)
- 流体制御器の加熱すべき部分を囲む筒状のヒータユニットと、ヒータユニットを囲む断熱部材とを備えており、
ヒータユニットは、ヒータがそれぞれ固定された1対の伝熱部材を有し、各伝熱部材は、流体制御器を両側から挟むように取り付けられて互いに結合可能とされており、断熱部材は、筒状の一体品とされており、
各伝熱部材は、流体制御器を挟む方向に対して直交する方向の一方からねじ合わされるねじ部材によって結合されることを特徴とする流体制御器用加熱装置。 - 断熱部材は、可撓性を有する帯状シートがヒータユニットに巻き付けられることで筒状とされたものであることを特徴とする請求項1の流体制御器用加熱装置。
- 流量制御器と、流量制御器の一側に設けられた開閉弁と、流量制御器および開閉弁を支持する複数の通路ブロックと、複数の通路ブロックを支持する支持部材と、開閉弁の加熱装置とを備えており、開閉弁の加熱装置が請求項1または2に記載の流体制御器用加熱装置とされていることを特徴とする流体制御装置。
- 開閉弁を支持する通路ブロックの流量制御器と反対側の端面に、管継手部が設けられており、ヒータユニットは、開閉弁を支持する通路ブロックの側面に当接する突出部分を有していることを特徴とする請求項3の流体制御装置。
