Claims (5)
- 溶融金属と接する不定形耐火物よりなる内側耐火物層と、前記内側耐火物層の外側に設けられた外側耐火物層とを有し、前記外側耐火物層の内周面に内張り層として前記内側耐火物層が一体に設けられた出銑樋であって、
前記内側耐火物層と前記外側耐火物層との間には、樋先の所定の範囲のみに、繊維を綿状にしたウール材から構成されるクッション材が介在されている出銑樋。 - 前記ウール材は、セラミックファイバーからなる請求項1に記載の出銑樋。
- 前記クッション材の厚みは、5mm以上である請求項1または2に記載の出銑樋。
- 前記クッション材は、前記外側耐火物層の内周面の少なくとも底面を除く側面に設けられている請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の出銑樋。
- 溶融金属と接する不定形耐火物よりなる内側耐火物層と、前記内側耐火物層の外側に設けられた外側耐火物層とを有し、前記外側耐火物層の内周面に内張り層として前記内側耐火物層が一体に設けられた出銑樋の樋先の施工方法であって、
前記外側耐火物層の内周面上に、樋先の所定の範囲のみに、繊維を綿状にしたウール材から構成されるクッション材が敷設された状態で、型枠との間に不定形耐火物を流し込み、不定形耐火物を硬化・乾燥させて前記内側耐火物層を形成する出銑樋の樋先の施工方法。
