Claims (5)
- 車両に搭載した内燃機関に設けられ、負圧源から供給される負圧を動力源として作動する複数の負圧作動装置のうちの1つの負圧作動装置の故障を判定する負圧作動装置の故障判定装置であって、
前記1つの負圧作動装置の作動によって変更される物理的パラメータを検出する物理的パラメータ検出手段と、
前記複数の負圧作動装置のうちの、前記1つの負圧作動装置以外の他の負圧作動装置の作動状態を表す作動状態パラメータを検出する作動状態パラメータ検出手段と、
当該検出された作動状態パラメータに基づき、負圧が前記複数の負圧作動装置が安定して作動可能な所定安定状態にあるか否かを判定する負圧状態判定手段と、
当該負圧状態判定手段によって負圧が前記所定安定状態にあると判定されているときに検出された前記物理的パラメータを用いて、前記1つの負圧作動装置の故障を判定する故障判定手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする負圧作動装置の故障判定装置。
- 前記1つの負圧作動装置は、前記内燃機関の未燃燃料を含むガスが流れるガス通路を開閉する負圧作動弁であり、
当該負圧作動弁が固着状態になっている可能性がある場合において、前記内燃機関の運転に伴って当該負圧作動弁の固着状態が解除されたか否かを判定する固着解除判定手段をさらに備え、
前記故障判定手段は、前記負圧状態判定手段によって負圧が前記所定安定状態にあると判定されている場合において、前記固着解除判定手段によって前記負圧作動弁の固着状態が解除されたと判定されているときに検出された前記物理的パラメータを用いて、前記負圧作動弁の故障を判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の負圧作動装置の故障判定装置。 - 前記車両は、前記負圧源から供給される負圧を動力源として作動するマスタバック付きのブレーキ装置を備えており、
前記負圧状態判定手段は、前記ブレーキ装置の作動中に検出された前記作動状態パラメータに基づき、負圧が前記所定安定状態にあるか否かを判定することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の負圧作動装置の故障判定装置。 - 前記ブレーキ装置の作動状態/非作動状態を検出するブレーキ状態検出手段をさらに備え、
前記負圧状態判定手段は、当該ブレーキ状態検出手段の検出結果に基づき、前記ブレーキ装置が作動状態から非作動状態に切り換わった場合において、当該切り換わったタイミングから所定時間が経過したときに、負圧が前記所定安定状態にあると判定することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の負圧作動装置の故障判定装置。 - 前記作動状態パラメータの目標となる目標値を設定する目標値設定手段をさらに備え、
前記負圧状態判定手段は、当該目標値と前記作動状態パラメータとの乖離度合いが第1所定範囲内にある状態が第1所定時間継続し、かつ前記作動状態パラメータの所定単位時間当たりの変化量が所定値以下である状態が第2所定時間継続したときに、負圧が前記所定安定状態にあると判定することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の負圧作動装置の故障判定装置。
