Description
Claims (10)
- 複層ガラスシステムであって、
第1のガラス板(3)と、
第2のガラス板(5)と、
前記第1のガラス板(3)に連結された第1の面(2)と、前記第2のガラス板(5)に連結された第2の面(4)とを備えるスペーサー要素(1)と、
ブラインド(8)又はスクリーンと、
を備え、
前記スペーサー要素(1)が、ゴム及び/又はシリコーンフォームを含む低熱伝導性材料から製造され、
前記スペーサー要素(1)が、前記複層ガラスシステム(6)の内部に、前記ブラインド(8)又はスクリーンのための支持手段(7)を備え、
前記支持手段(7)が、前記第1の面(2)及び前記第2の面(4)に対して垂直な面(11)に作製された実質的にT字状の溝から構成されたハウジング(10)を備え、
前記支持手段(7)が、それぞれ実質的にT字状の部分(14)を有し、かつ前記ハウジング(10)に嵌め合わせることが可能な、前記ブラインド(8)又はスクリーンをガイドする2つの側方ガイド部(13a、13b)を備え、前記側方ガイド部が、前記ブラインド(8)又はスクリーンのヘッド構造のそれぞれの端部(20)を支持するそれぞれの自由端部(19)を備えることを特徴とする複層ガラスシステム。 - 前記低熱伝導性材料が、ゴム及び/又はシリコーンフォームを含む、請求項1に記載の複層ガラスシステム。
- 前記ハウジング(10)が、丸みを帯びた縁部(12)を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の複層ガラスシステム。
- 前記側方ガイド部(13a、13b)がそれぞれ、実質的にL字状である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の複層ガラスシステム。
- 前記側方ガイド部(13a、13b)がそれぞれ、剛性材料から製造される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の複層ガラスシステム。
- 前記スペーサー要素(1)が、前記スペーサー要素の外面を覆い、蒸気が通過するのを防止する多層障壁(15)を備えている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の複層ガラスシステム。
- 前記スペーサー要素(1)が、封止ガスケット(17)を取り付ける側面凹部(16)を備えている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の複層ガラスシステム。
- 前記スペーサー要素(1)が、その内部に組み込まれた、乾燥物質を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の複層ガラスシステム。
- 前記支持手段(7)が、それぞれ実質的にT字状の部分(14)を有し、かつ前記スペーサー要素(1)の前記ハウジング(10)に嵌め合わせることが可能な上部及び下部ガイド部(13)を備えている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の複層ガラスシステム。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の複層ガラスシステム(6)を組み立てる方法であって、
前記第1のガラス板(3)に前記スペーサー要素(1)を固定する工程と、
前記側方ガイド部(13a、13b)の前記T字状部分(14)を、前記スペーサー要素(1)の前記ハウジング(10)に挿入する工程と、
前記端部(20)が前記側方ガイド部(13a、13b)の前記自由端部(19)に搭載されるように、前記ブラインド(8)を取り付ける工程と、
前記スペーサー要素(1)に前記第2のガラス板(5)を固定する工程と、を含むことを特徴とする方法。
