− III:エポキシ成分およびブロック化されたポリイソシアネートを含有する、コポリアミドをベースとする溶融接着剤30質量%を含有する溶剤含有吹付塗料B、
− IV:粉末被覆としての、エポキシ成分およびブロック化されたポリイソシアネートならびに官能化されたポリオレフィンを含有する、コポリアミドをベースとする溶融接着剤(Evonik社のVestamelt Z2366−P1)
を塗布した。

Claims (7)
- 金属およびプラスチックを含むハイブリッド構造部材の製造法であって、工程
a.ハロゲン化物を含有する変換剤により製造される少なくとも1つの化成層の施与によって金属表面を前処理する工程、
b.コポリアミドをベースとする、少なくとも1つの溶融接着剤を含有する接着助剤組成物の少なくとも1つの層を施与する工程および
c.金属を、強化されているプラスチックと接合する工程
を含む前記製造法。 - 前記コポリアミドに、少なくとも1つのエポキシ成分および少なくとも1つのブロック化されたポリイソシアネートを溶融接着剤のさらなる成分として添加されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の製造法。
- 前記プラスチックは、繊維強化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の製造法。
- 前記変換剤は、塩様のハロゲン化物、錯体ハロゲン化物またはこれらのハロゲン化物の混合物を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の製造法。
- 前記変換剤は、フッ化物を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の製造法。
- 前記プラスチックを、被覆された金属上へ、射出成形法、プレス成形法、貼合せ法、インモールド成形法または(同時)押出法によって施与することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の製造法。
- ハイブリッド構造部材の金属とプラスチックとの間の接着助剤としての、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の製造法によって得られた、少なくとも1つの化成層および接着助剤組成物の少なくとも1つの層を含む被覆の使用。
