Description
最初に、図1および図2を用いて、本実施形態の複層ガラスの製造方法によって製造された複層ガラスの構成を説明する。
本開示の第2の実施形態にかかる複層ガラスの製造方法について、図面を参照して説明する。
Claims (2)
- 所定間隔を隔てて対向配置された一対の板ガラスの周辺部を封着材で封着して前記板ガラスの間に密閉可能な空間を形成し、
排気口から排気することによって前記空間内を減圧状態とする複層ガラスの製造方法であって、
前記空間内を減圧状態とした後に、前記空間内に配置された領域形成材によって、前記空間を前記排気口が含まれ前記排気口を通じて外部と空間的に繋がっている排気口領域と、前記排気口領域以外の減圧状態を保った減圧領域と、に分割され、
前記封着材が前記領域形成材とともに前記排気口の周囲を取り囲んだ前記排気口領域を形成し、前記空間に、ゲッター材が配置されていることを特徴とする複層ガラスの製造方法。 - 所定間隔を隔てて対向配置された一対の板ガラスの周辺部が封着材で封着されていて前記板ガラスの間に空間が形成されている複層ガラスであって、
前記空間内に配置された隔壁によって、前記空間が、排気口を通じて外部と空間的に繋がっている排気口領域と、前記排気口領域以外の減圧状態を保った減圧領域と、に分割されており、前記隔壁の端部は前記封着材に接続されていて、前記隔壁と前記封着材とで前記排気口領域が形成され、前記空間に、ゲッター材が配置されていることを特徴とする複層ガラス。
