Description
変速機と、前記変速機を収容するケースと、複数の摩擦係合プレートおよび該複数の摩擦係合プレートを押圧するピストンを有すると共に前記変速機の何れかの回転要素を前記ケースに回転不能に固定するブレーキとを含む動力伝達装置において、
前記変速機の径方向に延びる環状壁部と、該環状壁部から前記変速機の軸方向に延出されると共に前記複数の摩擦係合プレートの一部を回転不能に支持するドラム部とを含み、前記ケースに固定されて前記動力伝達装置に含まれる他の回転要素を回転自在に支持する支持部材を備え、
前記支持部材の前記環状壁部は、前記ドラム部の内径側で前記軸方向に延在すると共に前記ピストンを支持する環状のピストン支持部と、前記ピストン支持部の内径側から外径側に窪むように該ピストン支持部に形成された集油部とを有し、
前記環状壁部には、該環状壁部を介して前記集油部と反対側に位置する空間と該集油部とを連通させるように貫通孔が形成されていることを特徴とする。
Claims (7)
- 変速機と、前記変速機を収容するケースと、複数の摩擦係合プレートおよび該複数の摩擦係合プレートを押圧するピストンを有すると共に前記変速機の何れかの回転要素を前記ケースに回転不能に固定するブレーキとを含む動力伝達装置において、
前記変速機の径方向に延びる環状壁部と、該環状壁部から前記変速機の軸方向に延出されると共に前記複数の摩擦係合プレートの一部を回転不能に支持するドラム部と、前記環状壁部から前記複数の摩擦係合プレートとは反対側に向けて前記軸方向に延出されると共に前記動力伝達装置に含まれる他の回転要素を回転自在に支持するボス部とを含み、前記ケースに固定される支持部材を備え、
前記支持部材の前記環状壁部には、該環状壁部よりも前記複数の摩擦係合プレート側の第1空間と、前記環状壁部よりも前記他の回転要素側の第2空間とを連通させるように貫通孔が形成され、
前記貫通孔の前記第1空間側の開口は、前記摩擦係合プレートよりも径方向内側に位置すると共に、前記貫通孔の前記第2空間側の開口は、前記他の回転要素よりも下方に位置することを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 前記支持部材の前記環状壁部は、前記ドラム部の径方向内側で前記軸方向に延在すると共に外周面により前記ピストンを支持する環状のピストン支持部と、前記ピストン支持部の前記外周面よりも径方向内側に形成された集油部とを有し、
前記貫通孔の前記第1空間側の開口は、前記集油部と連通することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記貫通孔は、前記第2空間側の開口が前記集油部の底面より下方に位置するように傾斜して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記環状壁部には、該環状壁部を貫通するように少なくとも一つの軽め穴が形成され、
前記集油部および前記貫通孔は、前記軽め穴よりも前記環状壁部の外径側に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記他の回転要素は、前記変速機から動力が伝達されるカウンタドライブギヤであり、
前記貫通孔の前記第2空間側の開口は、前記カウンタドライブギヤよりも下方に位置することを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記他の回転部材は、軸受を介して前記ボス部の外周面により支持され、前記ボス部は前記軸受に潤滑油を供給する潤滑孔を有し、前記潤滑孔には、前記ボス部の径方向内側から前記潤滑油が供給されることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記ブレーキは、前記ピストンを付勢するリターンスプリングと、前記リターンスプリングを支持すると共に前記支持部材に固定されるスプリング支持部材とを有し、
前記スプリング支持部材は、前記リターンスプリングの一端を支持する環状支持部と、該環状支持部から前記貫通孔と間隔をおいて対向するように延出された集油壁とを有することを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の動力伝達装置。
