Claims (25)
- 所定形状の水平断面を有して長手方向に延長されたケーブル型二次電池であって、
その一端に所定長さに延設された第1金属タブを備えるワイヤ型内部集電体;
前記内部集電体の表面に形成された内部電極活物質層;
前記内部電極活物質層の外面に形成された分離層;及び
前記分離層の外面に形成され、かつ外部電極活物質層及び外部集電体を含み、前記外部集電体はその一端に所定長さに延設された第2金属タブを備える外部電極;を含み、
前記外部集電体が、巻き取られたワイヤ型集電体であり、
前記外部電極において、前記外部電極活物質層が前記分離層の外面を囲んで形成され、かつ前記外部集電体が前記外部電極活物質層の外面を囲んで形成されるか;
前記外部集電体が前記分離層の外面を囲んで形成され、かつ前記外部電極活物質層が前記外部集電体の外面を囲んで形成されるか;
前記外部集電体が前記分離層の外面を囲んで形成され、かつ前記外部電極活物質層が前記外部集電体の外面を囲んで前記分離層と接触するように形成されるか;または
前記外部電極活物質層が前記分離層の外面を囲んで形成され、かつ前記外部集電体が前記外部電極活物質層内に被覆され、前記分離層の外面を離隔した状態で囲んで形成される
ケーブル型二次電池。 - 所定形状の水平断面を有して長手方向に延長されたケーブル型二次電池であって、
その一端に所定長さに延設された第1金属タブを備えるワイヤ型内部集電体;
前記内部集電体の表面に形成された内部電極活物質層;
前記内部電極活物質層の外面に形成された分離層;及び
前記分離層の外面に形成され、かつ外部電極活物質層及び外部集電体を含み、前記外部集電体はその一端に所定長さに延設された第2金属タブを備える外部電極;を含み、
前記外部集電体が、伝導性ペーストで形成され、
前記外部電極において、前記外部電極活物質層が前記分離層の外面を囲んで形成され、かつ前記外部集電体が前記外部電極活物質層の外面を囲んで形成される
ケーブル型二次電池。 - 前記伝導性ペーストが、金属ペーストまたは炭素ペーストであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記金属ペーストが、Ni、Al、Au、Ag、Al、Pd/Ag、Cr、Ta、Cu、Ba及びITOからなる群より選択された1種または2種以上の金属粉末、並びにバインダーを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記バインダーが、アクリル系樹脂、ビニル系樹脂、ヒドロキシセルロース、メチルセルロース、ニトロセルロース、エチレンセルロース、及び前記樹脂の変性樹脂からなる群より選択された1種または2種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記炭素ペーストが、黒鉛、カーボンブラック及び炭素ナノチューブからなる群より選択された1種または2種以上の炭素粉末、並びにバインダーを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記バインダーが、アクリル系樹脂、ビニル系樹脂、ヒドロキシセルロース、メチルセルロース、ニトロセルロース、エチレンセルロース、及び前記樹脂の変性樹脂からなる群より選択された1種または2種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記第1金属タブ及び前記第2金属タブが、互いに独立して、ステンレス鋼、アルミニウム、ニッケル、チタン、焼成炭素もしくは銅;カーボン、ニッケル、チタンもしくは銀で表面処理されたステンレス鋼;またはアルミニウム‐カドミウム合金から製造されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記第1金属タブの外面に形成された第1電解質漏出防止層;
前記第2金属タブの外面に形成された第2電解質漏出防止層;及び
前記外部集電体を囲んで密着され、かつ熱収縮可能なチューブを含む保護被覆を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記第1電解質漏出防止層及び前記第2電解質漏出防止層が、互いに独立して、熱接着性フィルムまたは熱収縮可能なチューブを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記熱接着性フィルムが、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリアミド、及びポリイミドを含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記外部集電体が、ステンレス鋼、アルミニウム、ニッケル、チタン、焼成炭素もしくは銅;カーボン、ニッケル、チタンもしくは銀で表面処理されたステンレス鋼;アルミニウム‐カドミウム合金;導電材で表面処理された非伝導性高分子;または伝導性高分子から製造されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記導電材が、ポリアセチレン、ポリアニリン、ポリピロール、ポリチオフェン、ポリ窒化硫黄、酸化インジウムスズ(ITO)、銀、パラジウム、及びニッケルからなる群より選択された1種または2種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記伝導性高分子が、ポリアセチレン、ポリアニリン、ポリピロール、ポリチオフェン、及びポリ窒化硫黄からなる群より選択された1種または2種以上の混合物である高分子であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記内部集電体が、ステンレス鋼、アルミニウム、ニッケル、チタン、焼成炭素もしくは銅;カーボン、ニッケル、チタンもしくは銀で表面処理されたステンレス鋼;アルミニウム‐カドミウム合金;導電材で表面処理された非伝導性高分子;または伝導性高分子から製造されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記導電材が、ポリアセチレン、ポリアニリン、ポリピロール、ポリチオフェン、ポリ窒化硫黄、酸化インジウムスズ(ITO)、銀、パラジウム、及びニッケルからなる群より選択された1種または2種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記伝導性高分子が、ポリアセチレン、ポリアニリン、ポリピロール、ポリチオフェン及びポリ窒化硫黄からなる群より選択された1種または2種以上の混合物である高分子であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記内部電極が負極であり、前記外部電極が正極であるか、または、前記内部電極が正極であり、前記外部電極が負極であることを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記内部電極が負極であり、前記外部電極が正極である場合、
前記内部電極活物質層が、天然黒鉛、人造黒鉛または炭素質材料;リチウム含有チタン複合酸化物(LTO);Si、Sn、Li、Zn、Mg、Cd、Ce、NiまたはFeを含む金属類(Me);前記金属類(Me)の合金類;前記金属類(Me)の酸化物(MeOx);及び前記金属類(Me)と炭素との複合体からなる群より選択されたいずれか一つの活物質またはこれらのうち2種以上の混合物を含み、
前記外部電極活物質層が、LiCoO2、LiNiO2、LiMn2O4、LiCoPO4、LiFePO4、LiNiMnCoO2、及びLiNi1-x-y-zCoxM1yM2zO2(M1及びM2は互いに独立して、Al、Ni、Co、Fe、Mn、V、Cr、Ti、W、Ta、Mg及びMoからなる群より選択され、x、y及びzは互いに独立した酸化物組成元素の原子分率であって、0≦x<0.5、0≦y<0.5、0≦z<0.5、x+y+z≦1である)からなる群より選択されたいずれか一つの活物質またはこれらのうち2種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載のケーブル型二次電池。 - 前記内部電極が正極であり、前記外部電極が負極である場合、
前記内部電極活物質層が、LiCoO2、LiNiO2、LiMn2O4、LiCoPO4、LiFePO4、LiNiMnCoO2、及びLiNi1-x-y-zCoxM1yM2zO2(M1及びM2は互いに独立して、Al、Ni、Co、Fe、Mn、V、Cr、Ti、W、Ta、Mg及びMoからなる群より選択され、x、y及びzは互いに独立した酸化物組成元素の原子分率であって、0≦x<0.5、0≦y<0.5、0≦z<0.5、x+y+z≦1である)からなる群より選択されたいずれか一つの活物質またはこれらのうち2種以上の混合物を含み、
前記外部電極活物質層が、天然黒鉛、人造黒鉛または炭素質材料;リチウム含有チタン複合酸化物(LTO);Si、Sn、Li、Zn、Mg、Cd、Ce、NiまたはFeを含む金属類(Me);前記金属類(Me)の合金類;前記金属類(Me)の酸化物(MeOx);及び前記金属類(Me)と炭素との複合体からなる群より選択されたいずれか一つの活物質またはこれらのうち2種以上の混合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載のケーブル型二次電池。 - 前記分離層が、電解質層またはセパレータであることを特徴とする請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記電解質層が、ポリエチレンオキサイド(PEO)、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVdF)、ポリフッ化ビニリデン‐ヘキサフルオロプロピレン(PVdF‐HFP)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、ポリアクリロニトリル(PAN)またはポリビニルアセテート(PVAc)を用いたゲル型高分子電解質;及びPEO、ポリプロピレンオキシド(PPO)、ポリエーテルイミン(PEI)、ポリエチレンスルフィド(PES)またはPVAcを用いた固体電解質;からなる群より選択された電解質を含むことを特徴とする請求項21に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記電解質層が、リチウム塩を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項21または22に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記リチウム塩が、LiCl、LiBr、LiI、LiClO4、LiBF4、LiB10Cl10、LiPF6、LiCF3SO3、LiCF3CO2、LiAsF6、LiSbF6、LiAlCl4、CH3SO3Li、CF3SO3Li、(CF3SO2)2NLi、クロロほう酸リチウム、低級脂肪族カルボン酸リチウム、及びテトラフェニルホウ酸リチウムからなる群より選択された1種または2種以上であることを特徴とする請求項23に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記セパレーターが、エチレン単独重合体、プロピレン単独重合体、エチレン‐ブテン共重合体、エチレン‐ヘキセン共重合体及びエチレン−メタクリレート共重合体からなる群より選択されたポリオレフィン系高分子から製造された多孔性基材;ポリエステル、ポリアセタール、ポリアミド、ポリカーボネート、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリフェニレンオキサイド、ポリフェニレンスルフィド及びポリエチレンナフタレンからなる群より選択された高分子から製造された多孔性基材;または無機物粒子とバインダー高分子との混合物から形成された多孔性基材であることを特徴とする請求項21〜24のいずれか一項に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
