Description
複素透磁率は、多数個の面状小片に分割された厚み160μmのアンテナ素子用部材(フェライトプレートの厚みは100μm)から、外径18mm、内径10mmのピナクル金型を用いてトロイダル形状を打ち抜き、打ち抜いたアンテナ素子用部材6枚を互いに張り合わせたものを用い、インピーダンスアナライザ(Agilent Technologies社製、商品名:RFインピーダンス/マテリアル・アナライザ、形式:E4991A)と磁性材料測定電極(Agilent Technologies社製、商品名:磁性材料テストフィクスチャ、形式:16454A)を用い、測定温度25℃で磁気特性評価を行った。
多数個の面状小片に分割された厚み160μmのアンテナ素子用部材(フェライトプレートの厚みは100μm)から、ピナクル金型により、50mm×40mmの寸法を有する長方形を打ち抜いて通信距離測定用の試料とした。アンテナ素子用部材の保護層を有する面に筐体セル、電池パックなどの金属を模した銅版を配置し、そして粘着材層を有する面に50mm×40mmの寸法を有するNFCシステム用のアンテナコイル(ループアンテナ構造、パターン:略矩形)を貼り付けて測定用のタグとした。タグとNFC用リーダーライター(ID Tech社製、商品名:コンタクトレスリーダ、形式:ViVOpay5000)との間でアンテナモジュールを構成して、13.56MHzの共振周波数における25℃の通信距離を測定した。

Claims (5)
- 主成分が、酸化鉄をFe2O3換算で45.0〜49.5モル%、酸化銅をCuO換算で4〜16.0モル%、酸化亜鉛をZnO換算で19.0〜25.0モル%を含有し、残部が酸化ニッケルで構成されており、前記主成分に対して、不可避不純物を除き、副成分として、酸化チタンをTiO2換算で0.5〜2質量%、酸化コバルトをCoO換算で0.35〜2質量%含有することを特徴とするフェライト組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物からなるフェライトプレート。
- フェライトプレートの一方の表面に粘着材層、他方の表面に保護層が設けられており、この2層によって保持された状態で、フェライトプレートが多数個の面状小片に分割された、請求項2に記載のフェライトプレートを用いたアンテナ素子用部材。
- 請求項2に記載のフェライトプレートを有するアンテナ素子。
- 請求項3に記載のアンテナ素子用部材を有するアンテナ素子。
