Abstract
Description

主成分と副成分とを有するフェライト組成物であって、
前記主成分が、酸化鉄をFe2O3換算で43.0〜51.0モル%、酸化銅をCuO換算で5.0〜15.0モル%、酸化亜鉛をZnO換算で1.0〜24.9モル%、残部が酸化ニッケルで構成され、
前記主成分100重量部に対して、前記副成分として、ケイ素化合物をSiO2換算で0.2〜3.0重量部、コバルト化合物をCo3O4換算で3.0〜8.0重量部(3.0重量部を除く)、ビスマス化合物をBi2O3換算で0.2〜8.0重量部、含有することを特徴とする。
ディスクサンプルの両面にIn−Ga電極を塗り、直流抵抗値を測定し、比抵抗ρを求めた(単位:Ω・m)。測定はIRメーター(ADVANTEST社製R8340)を用いて行った。本実施例では、比抵抗ρは1.00×105Ω・m以上を良好とした。
トロイダルコアサンプルを、RFインピーダンス/マテリアル・アナライザ(アジレントテクノロジー社製E4991A)およびテストフィクスチャ(アジレントテクノロジー社製16454A)を使用して、10MHzでのμ’および900MHzでのμ’を測定した。測定温度25℃とした。本実施例では、10MHzでのμ’が4.5以上、および、900MHzでのμ’が5.5以上である場合を良好とした。
トロイダルコアサンプルに銅線ワイヤを20ターン巻きつけ、室温(25℃)での初透磁率μiおよび125℃での初透磁率μiを測定した。そして、室温での初透磁率μiを基準とし、125℃における初透磁率μiの変化率を求めた。本実施例では、μiの変化率の絶対値が100%以下である場合を良好とした。

Claims (4)
- 主成分と副成分とを有するフェライト組成物であって、
前記主成分が、酸化鉄をFe2O3換算で43.0〜51.0モル%、酸化銅をCuO換算で5.0〜15.0モル%、酸化亜鉛をZnO換算で1.0〜24.9モル%、残部が酸化ニッケルで構成され、
前記主成分100重量部に対して、前記副成分として、ケイ素化合物をSiO2換算で0.2〜3.0重量部、コバルト化合物をCo3O4換算で3.0〜8.0重量部(3.0重量部を除く)、ビスマス化合物をBi2O3換算で0.2〜8.0重量部、含有することを特徴とするフェライト組成物。 - 請求項1に記載のフェライト組成物で構成されるフェライト焼結体
- 請求項2に記載のフェライト焼結体を有する電子部品。
- 請求項2に記載のフェライト焼結体を有するチップコイル。
