Claims (10)
- 光軸に沿って前方に投射するように作動可能なヘッドランプ組立体であって、
ハウジングと、
ハウジング内に配置され、光が放射される平面を有し、該平面が前記光軸と該平面との間で実質的に45度の角度で前記光軸に向けられている発光素子と、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、前記発光素子から放射される光の一部を受光して、該光を前記光軸に沿って前方に向けることができるレンズと、
ハウジング内に配置され、前方に向かう前記光軸の一部を取り囲み、前記発光素子から放射される光の残余部の全てを受光し、前記光の残余部を前記光軸に沿って前方に反射する反射器と、を備えている、
ことを特徴とするヘッドランプ組立体。 - 前記レンズは、集光レンズプロファイルの円筒型突出状に構成される、請求項1に記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
- 前記レンズは、長手方向軸に沿って半分にカットされたシリンダ形状に形成され、湾曲面の反対側で前記発光素子に向かい合う平面を有する、請求項1に記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
- 前記レンズの前記湾曲面は、上に向かう面で切頂されており、前記前記発光素子から放射される前記光の残余部を、前記反射器の反射面に直接投射できるようになっている、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
- 上に向かう前記レンズの切頂面は、凹面状である、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
- 前記反射器は、前記光が反射面に1度だけ反射するように構成される、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
- 前記反射器は、前記発光素子から放射される光を受光する開口を有し、前記反射器は、その軸周のりで90度回転させることで得られ、下面が実質的に平らな形状の反射面を有する、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
- 前記反射面は、放物形の複数のセグメントに分割される、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
- 前記複数のセグメントの各セグメントは、前記発光素子の平面上に異なる焦点を有する、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
- 前記発光素子は、発光ダイオードとして更に特定される、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のヘッドランプ組立体。
