Description
互いに絶縁された正極板及び負極板を含む電極体と、
該電極体を収容するケースとを備え、
該ケースは、第一方向に開口部を有するケース本体と、該ケース本体の該開口部の開口縁に載置され、該開口部を覆う蓋板とを備え、
該蓋板は、ケース本体の開口部に挿入される突部を有すると共に、突部を有する箇所の外面側に凹部を有し、
該突部の先端部の断面は、円弧状であり、
該突部は、第一方向と直交する少なくとも第二方向においてケース本体の開口縁の内面に内接又は近接し、且つ、蓋板に偏在している。
また、かかる構成によれば、突部が蓋板に設けられることにより、蓋板は、その突部の体積に相当する重量が増加し得る。ところが、蓋板には、突部を有する箇所の外面側に凹部が設けられることにより、その凹部の容積により、蓋板の体積分の重量が蓋板の重量から減る。よって、突部が蓋板に設けられることによる蓋板の重量の増加は、凹部によって抑えられる。
前記電極体は、正極板及び負極板が巻回された巻回型、又は、積層された積層型の電極体であり、
前記ケースは、巻回中心軸が前記第一方向と直交するように前記巻回型の電極体を収容し、又は、積層方向が前記第一方向と直交するように前記積層型の電極体を収容する
ようにすることができる。
ケース本体は、有底四角筒状であり、
突部は、ケース本体の開口縁のうちの対向する一対の辺のそれぞれ少なくとも一部に内接又は近接している
ようにすることができる。
突部は、ケース本体の開口縁のうちの対向する一方の一対の辺のそれぞれ少なくとも一部と、対向する他方の一対の辺のそれぞれ少なくとも一部とに内接又は近接している
ようにすることができる。
ケース本体は、開口縁が複数のコーナー部と、複数のコーナー部と当該コーナー部と隣り合ったコーナー部間をそれぞれ繋ぐ複数の辺とを有する角形状であり、
突部は、複数のコーナー部の少なくとも一つに内接又は近接している
ようにすることができる。
突部は、ケース本体の開口縁の内側に沿って環状に形成されている
ようにすることができる。
Claims (6)
- 互いに絶縁された正極板及び負極板を含む電極体と、
該電極体を収容するケースとを備え、
該ケースは、第一方向に開口部を有するケース本体と、該ケース本体の該開口部の開口縁に載置され、該開口部を覆う蓋板とを備え、
該蓋板は、前記ケース本体の前記開口部に挿入される突部を有すると共に、前記突部を有する箇所の外面側に凹部を有し、
該突部の先端部の断面は、円弧状であり、
該突部は、前記第一方向と直交する少なくとも第二方向において前記ケース本体の前記開口縁の内面に内接又は近接し、且つ、前記蓋板に偏在している
蓄電素子。 - 前記電極体は、正極板及び負極板が巻回された巻回型、又は、積層された積層型の電極体であり、
前記ケースは、巻回中心軸が前記第一方向と直交するように前記巻回型の電極体を収容し、又は、積層方向が前記第一方向と直交するように前記積層型の電極体を収容する
請求項1に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記ケース本体は、有底四角筒状であり、
前記突部は、前記ケース本体の前記開口縁のうちの対向する一対の辺のそれぞれ少なくとも一部に内接又は近接している
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記突部は、前記ケース本体の前記開口縁のうちの対向する一方の一対の辺のそれぞれ少なくとも一部と、対向する他方の一対の辺のそれぞれ少なくとも一部とに内接又は近接している
請求項3に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記ケース本体は、前記開口縁が複数のコーナー部と、前記複数のコーナー部と当該コーナー部と隣り合ったコーナー部間をそれぞれ繋ぐ複数の辺と、を有する角形状であり、
前記突部は、前記複数のコーナー部の少なくとも一つに内接又は近接している
請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記突部は、前記ケース本体の前記開口縁の内側に沿って環状に形成されている
請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電素子。
