Claims (8)
- 第1ドグ歯が形成された第1部材と、軸線方向に移動することにより前記第1ドグ歯に噛み合う第2ドグ歯が形成された第2部材とを備え、前記各ドグ歯を噛み合わせることにより前記第1部材と前記第2部材とがトルク伝達可能に連結する第1係合機構と、
相対回転可能に設けられた第3部材と第4部材とをトルク伝達可能に連結するとともに、その伝達するトルク容量を変化させることができるように構成された第2係合機構とを備え、
前記第1係合機構を係合させ、かつ前記第2係合機構を解放させることにより設定される所定の変速段から、前記第1係合機構を解放させ、かつ前記第2係合機構を係合させることにより前記所定の変速段よりも変速比が小さい所望の変速段へアップシフトするように構成され、第2係合機構の伝達トルク容量の増大に伴って、前記第1部材または前記第2部材に作用するトルクの方向が次第に反転するように構成された変速機の制御装置において、
前記第1ドグ歯は、円周方向での一方を向いた第1歯面と、円周方向での他方を向いた第2歯面とを有し、
前記第2ドグ歯は、前記第1歯面と対向する第3歯面と、前記第2歯面と対向する第4歯面とを有し、
前記第1歯面と前記第3歯面とは、前記アップシフトの際にこれら第1歯面と第3歯面とを接触させる方向のトルクに応じて前記第1部材と前記第2部材とを軸線方向に離隔させる推力を発生させる傾斜面とされ、
前記アップシフトのために、前記第1部材と前記第2部材との間に作用するトルクが前記第1部材と前記第2部材とを軸線方向に押圧して離隔させる前記推力を発生させるトルクとなるように前記第2係合機構の伝達トルク容量を増大させた場合における前記変速機の出力トルクの低下量を求め、
前記求められた出力トルクの低下量に基づいて、前記変速機に入力するトルクを増大させるように構成されていることを特徴とする変速機の制御装置。 - 前記アップシフトの際における前記第2係合機構の伝達トルク容量は、前記増大させられた変速機の入力トルクに基づいて定められるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変速機の制御装置。
- 前記アップシフトの際に前記第2部材を前記第1部材から離隔させるための時間を求め、
該求められた時間に基づいて前記変速機の出力トルクの低下量を求めるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の変速機の制御装置。 - 前記第1係合機構は、ブレーキ機構を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の変速機の制御装置。
- 前記第1部材と前記第2部材とは相対回転可能に設けられており、前記各ドグ歯が噛み合うことにより前記第1部材と前記第2部材とを連結して一体に回転させるクラッチ機構を含むように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の変速機の制御装置。
- 前記第2部材を前記第1部材側に押圧する荷重を制御することができる推力発生機構を更に備え、
前記推力発生機構により前記第2部材が前記第1部材側に押圧される荷重を、前記アップシフト時に低下させるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の変速機の制御装置。 - 前記変速機は、前記所定の変速段と、前記所望の変速段とで係合させられる第3係合機構を更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の変速機の制御装置。
- 少なくとも三つの回転要素を有する第1遊星歯車機構と、
他の三つの回転要素を有する第2遊星歯車機構とを更に備え、
前記各係合機構は、前記第1遊星歯車機構または前記第2遊星歯車機構におけるいずれかの回転要素同士を連結し、またはいずれかの回転要素を固定するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の変速機の制御装置。
