Description
冷蔵庫10の構造について図1に基づいて説明する。図1は、冷蔵庫10の全体の縦断面図である。
次に、野菜室16の構造について図2及び図3に基づいて説明する。図2は野菜室16の正面図であり、図3は側面図である。
次に、除湿装置100の構造について図4に基づいて説明する。図4は除湿装置100の縦断面図である。
次に、除湿ユニット104について、図4及び図5に基づいて説明する。図5は除湿ユニット104の分解斜視図である。なお、図4及び図5において、実際の各部材の厚みは薄いものであるが、説明を判り易くするために、図面ではその厚みを拡大して記載している。
次に、除湿装置100の電気的構成について図6のブロック図に基づいて説明する。
次に、除湿装置100の動作状態について説明する。
アノード層・・・2H2O→O2+H++4e−
カソード層・・・O2+H++4e−→2H2O
この反応式を説明する。
本実施形態によれば、密閉された除湿室30内部の水分を除湿し、湿気を嫌う食品を安心して収納できる。この場合に、小麦粉、パン粉などの粉状物や緑茶、コーヒー、紅茶、などのお茶について、除湿室による振動が発生することがないので、ブロッキングが起こらず、密度の高い状態になることなく乾燥させることができる。
Claims (8)
- 食品を収納するための収納室と、
前記収納室を密閉可能に閉塞する扉と、
高分子電解質膜方法を用いて前記収納室内部を除湿する除湿装置と、
前記除湿装置を駆動させる制御部と、
を有し、
前記除湿装置は、アノード層とカソード層によって高分子電解質膜を挟んだ除湿ユニットを有し、
前記除湿ユニットの前記アノード層側を前記収納室内に配し、前記カソード層側を前記収納室外に配し、
前記除湿装置のアノード層に親水性の吸湿材が取り付けられ、
前記制御部は、前記吸湿材の吸湿能力が飽和したときに前記除湿装置を駆動させる、
食品貯蔵庫。 - 前記収納室内部に設けられた湿度センサを有し、
前記制御部は、前記湿度センサが検出した検出湿度が、予め定めた上限基準湿度より高い場合に前記除湿装置を駆動させる、
をさらに有する請求項1に記載の食品貯蔵庫。 - 前記吸湿材の重量を計測する重量計を有し、
前記制御部は、前記重量計が計測した計測重量が、予め定めた基準重量より重い場合に前記除湿装置を駆動させる、
をさらに有する請求項1に記載の食品貯蔵庫。 - 前記扉の開閉を検出する扉スイッチと、
前記扉スイッチが前記扉の開状態を検出した時に、前記除湿装置を駆動させる制御部と、
をさらに有する請求項1に記載の食品貯蔵庫。 - 前記収納室を冷却する冷却手段をさらに有する、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の食品貯蔵庫。 - 前記食品貯蔵庫が冷蔵庫であり、
前記収納室が前記冷蔵庫のキャビネットに設けられた貯蔵室である、
請求項5に記載の食品貯蔵庫。 - 脱臭装置もさらに有する、
請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の食品貯蔵庫。 - 除菌装置もさらに有する、
請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の食品貯蔵庫。
