Description
−ボタンの中央部分の環状領域に作られる貫通オリフィスにつながる一連の径方向チャネルによって、内部でリベットのヘッドが調整される面取り部に向かって、及び

−シーラントが通って押し出され、リベット又はナットを封止材によって完全に覆うためにリベット又はナットを封入するサイズであるベル形状の前方端(6)
を有するプラスチック材料の本体(2)によって構成される。
Claims (3)
- 後方ねじ切り端(3)及びストッパとして働くリング(4)を有する本体(2)によって構成される、カートリッジ、ガン又は注入機に組み込まれることが意図される、ベル形状先端部(6)及び注入ボタン(8)を有する、シーラントを塗布するノズルであって、中央の円錐台形状のセグメント(5)の先端に前記ベル形状先端部(6)が設けられ、前記注入ボタン(8)が、取り付け及び取り外しすることができるように前記ベル形状先端部(6)に連結され、前記ベル形状先端部(6)の口を覆うように配置され、前記注入ボタン(8)は、その外面に、中央の円形突起(12)の外周に設けられている貫通オリフィス(11)につながる一連の径方向チャネル(10)を有することを特徴とする、ベル形状先端部及び注入ボタンを有する、シーラントを塗布するノズル。
- 前記ベル形状先端部(6)の前記口には、前記注入ボタン(8)の周溝(9)が連結される環状突起(7)の形態のリップがあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のベル形状先端部及び注入ボタンを有する、シーラントを塗布するノズル。
- 前記注入ボタン(8)の前記中央の円形突起(12)はその内部が中空であり、横方向溝(13)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のベル形状先端部及び注入ボタンを有する、シーラントを塗布するノズル。
