Claims (1)
- 径方向に突設された複数のティースが周方向に所定の間隔で配置される円環状のステータコアと、
前記ティースに巻回される巻線と、
前記ステータコアと前記巻線との間に介装されて前記ステータコアと前記巻線との間を絶縁するインシュレータと、
を備えるモータの製造方法であって、
前記インシュレータはポリアミド樹脂にて成形され、
前記ポリアミド樹脂は、120〜130℃に加熱した場合、硫化水素の発生量が、0.01ppb(w/w)未満であり、
前記製造方法は、
ポリアミド樹脂を加熱溶融させ金型に射出する工程と、
前記金型内に充填されたポリアミド樹脂を成形品の表面粗さが10μmRz以下となる保圧力によって保持する工程と、
前記インシュレータとして成形された成形品を前記金型から取り出す工程と、
を含むことを特徴とするモータの製造方法。
