Claims (3)
- エンジンの排気系に設けられた加熱対象物を加熱する化学蓄熱装置において、
前記加熱対象物の周囲に配置され、反応媒体と化学反応して熱を発生させる発熱材を有する反応器と、
前記反応器と配管を介して接続され、前記反応媒体を貯蔵する貯蔵器と、
前記配管に設けられ、前記反応媒体の流路を開閉する開閉弁と、
前記加熱対象物を通る排ガスの温度または当該排ガスの温度に対応する検出対象を検出する検出手段と、
前記検出手段の検出値に基づいて前記開閉弁を制御する開閉弁制御手段とを備え、
前記開閉弁制御手段は、前記検出手段の検出値が熱により前記発熱材から前記反応媒体が脱離する第1所定値を超えるときに、前記開閉弁を開くように制御し、前記検出手段の検出値が前記第1所定値よりも低い第2所定値以下であるときに、前記開閉弁を開くように制御し、前記検出手段の検出値が前記第1所定値以下であり且つ前記第2所定値よりも高いときに、前記開閉弁を閉じるように制御すると共に、前記検出手段の検出値が前記第1所定値を超えるときであっても、前記検出手段の検出値が前記第1所定値よりも高い第3所定値以下であるときは、前記検出手段の検出値の変化量が0よりも小さい場合に前記開閉弁を閉じ、前記検出手段の検出値の変化量が0以上である場合に前記開閉弁を開くように制御することを特徴とする化学蓄熱装置。 - エンジンの排気系に設けられた加熱対象物を加熱する化学蓄熱装置において、
前記加熱対象物の周囲に配置され、反応媒体と化学反応して熱を発生させる発熱材を有する反応器と、
前記反応器と配管を介して接続され、前記反応媒体を貯蔵する貯蔵器と、
前記配管に設けられ、前記反応媒体の流路を開閉する開閉弁と、
前記加熱対象物を通る排ガスの温度または当該排ガスの温度に対応する検出対象を検出する検出手段と、
前記検出手段の検出値に基づいて前記開閉弁を制御する開閉弁制御手段とを備え、
前記開閉弁制御手段は、前記検出手段の検出値が熱により前記発熱材から前記反応媒体が脱離する第1所定値を超えるときに、前記開閉弁を開くように制御し、前記検出手段の検出値が前記第1所定値よりも低い第2所定値以下であるときに、前記開閉弁を開くように制御し、前記検出手段の検出値が前記第1所定値以下であり且つ前記第2所定値よりも高いときに、前記開閉弁を閉じるように制御すると共に、前記検出手段の検出値が前記第2所定値以下であるときであっても、前記検出手段の検出値が前記第2所定値よりも低い第4所定値よりも高いときは、前記検出手段の検出値の変化量が0よりも大きい場合に前記開閉弁を閉じ、前記検出手段の検出値の変化量が0以下である場合に前記開閉弁を開くように制御することを特徴とする化学蓄熱装置。 - エンジンの排気系に設けられた加熱対象物を加熱する化学蓄熱装置において、
前記加熱対象物の周囲に配置され、反応媒体と化学反応して熱を発生させる発熱材を有する反応器と、
前記反応器と配管を介して接続され、前記反応媒体を貯蔵する貯蔵器と、
前記配管に設けられ、前記反応媒体の流路を開閉する開閉弁と、
前記加熱対象物を通る排ガスの温度または当該排ガスの温度に対応する検出対象を検出する検出手段と、
前記検出手段の検出値に基づいて前記開閉弁を制御する開閉弁制御手段とを備え、
前記開閉弁制御手段は、前記検出手段の検出値が熱により前記発熱材から前記反応媒体が脱離する第1所定値を超えるときに、前記開閉弁を開くように制御し、前記検出手段の検出値が前記第1所定値よりも低い第2所定値以下であるときに、前記開閉弁を開くように制御し、前記検出手段の検出値が前記第1所定値以下であり且つ前記第2所定値よりも高いときに、前記開閉弁を閉じるように制御すると共に、前記検出手段の検出値が前記第2所定値以下であるときであっても、前記検出手段の検出値が前記反応媒体と前記発熱材とを化学反応させても前記加熱対象物を狙いの温度にすることができない第5所定値以下であるときは、前記開閉弁を閉じるように制御することを特徴とする化学蓄熱装置。
