Claims (11)
- 車両シートの継手(10)を作る方法であって、
スタンパ(S)によって滑り軸受ブッシュ(28)が第1継手部材(11)の受容部材の中に軸方向への圧入をされ、
前記圧入をされた滑り軸受ブッシュ(28)が径方向に突出する固定領域(28b)を有し、
前記固定領域(28b)は、前記圧入の工程の後に前記スタンパ(S)が前記滑り軸受ブッシュ(28)の材料を非切削的に変位させることによって形成され、
前記滑り軸受ブッシュ(28)の壁厚(b)は1.5mm未満であり、
前記固定領域(28b)が形成されるときに前記滑り軸受ブッシュ(28)の材料が前記第1継手部材(11)の環状凹部(11b)の中に変位され、
前記環状凹部(11b)の断面は矩形又は三角形であり、
前記材料は、前記固定領域(28b)が径方向にカラー状に突出するまで形成される方法。 - 前記固定領域(28b)は、前記滑り軸受ブッシュ(28)の材料が前記圧入の工程後に径方向外側に変位されることによって、前記圧入の工程中の前方縁に形成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記固定領域(28b)は、前記滑り軸受ブッシュ(28)の材料が前記圧入の工程後に径方向外側に変位されることによって、前記圧入の工程中の後方端に完全に形成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記固定領域(28b)は、前記滑り軸受ブッシュ(28)の圧入がされる前に予備形成され、又は前記固定領域(28b)は、前記滑り軸受ブッシュ(28)の圧入がされる前に前記圧入の工程中の後方端に完全に形成される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記滑り軸受ブッシュ(28)の圧入がされた後に、前記固定領域(28b)が、第1継手部材(11)の凹部(11b)に配列されるか又は前記第1継手部材(11)の端面に載置される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記滑り軸受ブッシュ(28)の壁厚(b)は0.3から1.2mm未満である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記滑り軸受ブッシュ(28)の、前記固定領域(28b)から離れる方を向く端に、前記圧入の工程後において軸方向突出部(28a)が形成される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記圧入をされた滑り軸受ブッシュ(28)は第2継手部材(12)に支持された偏心部材(27、27)を受容し、
前記第2継手部材(12)は、互いに噛合する歯付きホイール(16)及び歯付きリング(17)により前記第1継手部材(11)に歯車接続され、
前記偏心部材(27、27)は、支承体(21)により駆動される状態において、前記歯付きホイール(16)及び歯付きリング(17)の相対的な転動を回転可能に駆動し、
ロック要素(51)が設けられ、
前記ロック要素(51)は、前記継手(10)の非駆動状態において、前記第1継手部材(11)に形成された歯付き配列(55)との協働により前記偏心部材(27、27)をロックし、かつ、前記支承体(21)により駆動されると前記偏心部材(27、27)を解放し、
前記ロック要素(51)は、前記滑り軸受ブッシュ(28)の軸方向突出部(28a)上に支持される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法により作られた継手(10)であって、
2つの継手部材(11、12)の一方により車両シート(1)のシート部材(3)に接続され、かつ、前記2つの継手部材(11、12)の他方により前記車両シート(1)のバックレスト(4)に接続される継手(10)。 - 前記滑り軸受ブッシュ(28)の壁厚(b)は0.8から1.1mm未満である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記滑り軸受ブッシュ(28)の壁厚(b)は1.0±0.05mmである、請求項10に記載の方法。
