Claims (9)
- 車両シート用の継手であって、
互いに対して回転可能な第1継手部品(11)及び第2継手部品(12)と、
2つの前記継手部品(11、12)をともに軸方向に保持するべく外側リング部(13b)によって前記第1継手部品(11)に固定され及び前記第2継手部品(12)を内側リング部(13a)によって包囲するクランプリング(13)と、
2つの前記継手部品(11、12)の相対回転を制限するべく機能するストッパ(13g、15)と
を含み、
前記ストッパは、
前記クランプリング(13)に形成される少なくとも一つの制限ストッパ(13g)と、
前記第2継手部品(12)に接続される少なくとも一つの阻止ストッパ(15)と
を含み、
前記制限ストッパ(13g)は、前記クランプリング(13)の前記外側リング部(13b)から外方に突出し、
前記阻止ストッパ(15)は、前記第2継手部品(12)に固定される構造部品(3a)に設けられ、
前記制限ストッパ(13g)は、
前記クランプリング(13)から少なくとも径方向に突出する部分と、
前記部分から突出し及びストッパ面(13j)を有する少なくとも一つの部分と
を含むフック形状設計であり、
前記ストッパ面(13j)は周方向に前記阻止ストッパ(15)の方を向く継手。 - 前記制限ストッパ(13g)は、前記クランプリング(13)の前記外側リング部(13b)と一体に形成されるか又は固定される、請求項1に記載の継手。
- 前記クランプリング(13)は少なくとも一つのセンタリング部(13c)を含み、
前記センタリング部は前記外側リング部(13b)から軸方向に延び、
前記センタリング部は、前記第1継手部品(11)の径方向外側を包囲し及びその外表面を部分的に覆う、請求項1又は2に記載の継手。 - 前記制限ストッパ(13g)は、移行部としての前記センタリング部(13c)と一体に形成されることによって前記クランプリング(13)の前記外側リング部(13b)と一体に形成される、請求項3に記載の継手。
- 前記阻止ストッパ(15)は、前記構造部品(3a)と一体に形成される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 正確に2つの制限ストッパ(13g)がこれらの間に正確に一つの前記阻止ストッパ(15)を周方向に受け入れるか又は正確に2つの阻止ストッパ(15)がこれらの間に正確に一つの前記制限ストッパ(13g)を受け入れる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記外側リング部(13b)は、前記内側リング部(13a)から前記第1継手部品(11)に向かって軸方向にずれた平面に配列されるか又は前記外側リング部(13b)及び前記内側リング部(13a)が一つの平面に配列される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記継手部品(11、12)の一方に歯付きリム(17)が形成され、
前記継手部品(11、12)の他方に歯付きホイール(16)が形成され、
前記歯付きリム及び前記歯付きホイールが互いに噛合する結果、2つの前記継手部品(11、12)は互いに歯車接続され、
回転可能に据え付けられる回転偏心器(27)が歯付きホイール(16)及び歯付きリム(17)の相対回転動を駆動するべく設けられ、
前記回転偏心器(27)は駆動体(21)によって駆動される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の継手。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の継手を有する車両シート。
