Claims (2)
- 第1のパターンをなして存在する貫通微細孔を備える微細穿孔フィルムと、
第2のパターンをなすホールを備える穿孔金属箔と、を備える複合吸音シートであって、
前記穿孔金属箔は前記微細穿孔フィルム上に配設され、その結果、
前記微細穿孔フィルムの前記貫通微細孔の前記第1のパターンと前記穿孔金属箔の前記第2のパターンは非整列パターンを有し、
(a)前記微細穿孔フィルムの前記貫通微細孔の直径の範囲は10マイクロメートル〜200マイクロメートルであり、
(b)前記微細穿孔フィルムの厚さは10マイクロメートル〜250マイクロメートルであり、
(c)前記穿孔金属箔の厚さは10マイクロメートル〜250マイクロメートルであり、
(d)前記複合吸音シートの全体的な厚さは50マイクロメートル〜1600マイクロメートルであり、
(e)エンボス深さが30マイクロメートル〜1000マイクロメートルの範囲であるように前記穿孔金属箔はエンボス加工され、
前記微細穿孔フィルム及び前記穿孔金属箔は、複数の不連続な場所で互いに接合されている、複合吸音シート。 - 音響反射表面と、
前記複合吸音シートと前記音響反射表面との間に裏空隙を有して、前記音響反射表面の付近に配設された、請求項1に記載の前記複合吸音シートとを備える吸音体。
