Claims (4)
- 燃料電池セルであって、
電解質膜の両面にアノード電極とカソード電極とを積層した膜電極接合体と、
前記膜電極接合体のカソード側に対向して配置され、前記カソード電極に酸化ガスを流すためのガス流路を形成する多孔体流路と、
前記膜電極接合体と前記多孔体流路を挟持する一対のセパレータと、を備え、
前記セパレータは、前記セパレータの厚さ方向に貫通して前記膜電極接合体の外側に形成され、前記多孔体流路から排出されたカソードオフガスが流通するカソードオフガス排出用貫通孔を有し、
前記多孔体流路は、前記厚さ方向に見たときに、前記カソードオフガス排出用貫通孔における前記膜電極接合体側から前記カソードオフガス排出用貫通孔内に張り出す張出部位を有し、該張出部位における前記セパレータの長手方向の長さが前記カソードオフガス排出用貫通孔の前記膜電極接合体側の一辺より短いことを特徴とする燃料電池セル。 - 前記セパレータは、前記セパレータの長辺に沿って並設された複数のカソードオフガス排出用貫通孔を有しており、
前記複数のカソードオフガス排出用貫通孔のうち、前記セパレータの長手方向の両端部側に配置されるカソードオフガス排出用貫通孔内に張り出す前記張出部位の前記長手方向の長さが、前記カソードオフガス排出用貫通孔の前記膜電極接合体側の一辺より短いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池セル。 - 前記張出部位における前記長手方向の長さは、前記カソードオフガス排出用貫通孔の前記膜電極接合体側の一辺より1mm以上短いことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の燃料電池セル。
- 前記張出部位は、前記カソードオフガス排出用貫通孔の前記膜電極接合体側の一辺から前記膜電極接合体の外側方向に1mm以上突出していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池セル。
