Claims (7)
- 電解質の両側に一対の電極を配設した電解質・電極構造体とセパレータとが積層されるとともに、反応ガスを前記セパレータの面方向に流す反応ガス流路と、前記反応ガスを積層方向に流通させる反応ガス供給連通孔及び反応ガス排出連通孔とが形成される発電セルを備え、複数の前記発電セルが重力方向に積層される燃料電池スタックであって、
少なくとも前記反応ガス排出連通孔には、結露水を該反応ガス排出連通孔に沿って、直接、重力方向に落下させるための水ガイド部材が配設されるとともに、
前記水ガイド部材は、前記反応ガス排出連通孔を形成する内周壁部から該反応ガス排出連通孔の内部に突出する板部材であることを特徴とする燃料電池スタック。 - 請求項1記載の燃料電池スタックにおいて、前記水ガイド部材は、重力方向に向かって傾斜する板部材であることを特徴とする燃料電池スタック。
- 請求項1又は2記載の燃料電池スタックにおいて、前記水ガイド部材は、重力方向に向かって屈曲する板部材であることを特徴とする燃料電池スタック。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池スタックにおいて、前記水ガイド部材は、前記反応ガス排出連通孔を周回するリング状に構成されることを特徴とする燃料電池スタック。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池スタックにおいて、前記水ガイド部材は、樹脂製部材で構成されることを特徴とする燃料電池スタック。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池スタックにおいて、前記セパレータは、金属セパレータであり、
前記金属セパレータにシール部材が一体成形されるとともに、
前記水ガイド部材は、前記シール部材で構成されることを特徴とする燃料電池スタック。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池スタックにおいて、前記セパレータは、金属セパレータであり、
前記水ガイド部材は、前記金属セパレータにより一体に構成されるとともに、
前記水ガイド部材には、絶縁被膜処理が施されることを特徴とする燃料電池スタック。
