Description
Claims (10)
- 熱交換器において使用するための銅合金であって、
a)0.3重量%〜0.7重量%のニッケル;
b)0.3重量%〜0.7重量%の錫;及び
c)0.01重量%〜0.07重量%のリン;を含み、
前記合金の残部が銅及び不純物からなること、及び、前記合金が10ミクロン〜25ミクロンの結晶粒径を有することを特徴とする銅合金。 - ニッケルが前記合金中に0.5重量%存在し、錫が前記合金中に0.5重量%存在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の合金。
- リンが前記合金中に0.020重量%存在することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の合金。
- 前記合金が10ミクロン〜15ミクロンの結晶粒径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の合金。
- 熱交換器において使用するためのACR管であって、
a)0.3重量%〜0.7重量%のニッケル;
b)0.3重量%〜0.7重量%の錫;及び
c)0.01重量%〜0.07重量%のリン;を含み、
残部が銅及び不純物からなり、且つ、10ミクロン〜25ミクロンの結晶粒径を有する銅合金
を有することを特徴とするACR管。 - ニッケルが0.5重量%存在し、錫が0.5重量%存在することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のACR管。
- リンが、前記合金中に0.020重量%存在することを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載のACR管。
- 前記合金が10ミクロン〜15ミクロンの結晶粒径を有することを特徴とする、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載のACR管。
- 前記管が0.100インチ(2.54mm)〜1インチ(25.4mm)の外径を有することを特徴とする、請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載のACR管。
- 前記管が0.004インチ(0.1016mm)〜0.040インチ(1.016mm)の肉厚を有することを特徴とする、請求項5〜9のいずれか1項に記載のACR管。
