Claims (4)
- キャビティにセットされたタイヤの外表面に接する成形面に排気孔を設ける第1の工程と、前記排気孔にベントプラグを装着する第2の工程とを含むタイヤ加硫金型の製造方法において、
前記ベントプラグが、排気路を内部に有する筒状のハウジングと、前記ハウジングに挿入され、前記排気路を開閉する弁体となるステムと、前記排気路を開放するように前記ステムを前記キャビティに向けて付勢する付勢部材とを備え、
前記第1の工程では、前記ハウジングの外径よりも孔径が0.04〜0.1mm大きく、且つ、その孔径を途中で小さくした段部が形成されている前記排気孔を設け、
前記第2の工程では、前記排気孔に前記ベントプラグを挿入して前記段部により前記ハウジングの下端部を支持し、前記ハウジングと前記排気孔との間に、それらの径差に応じた隙間を形成した後、嫌気性接着剤を前記成形面側から前記隙間に垂らして注入し、毛細管現象により前記嫌気性接着剤を前記隙間内に行き渡らせて充填し、前記嫌気性接着剤の硬化により前記ベントプラグを前記成形面に固定することを特徴とするタイヤ加硫金型の製造方法。 - 内面の算術平均粗さRaが0.8μm以上である前記排気孔をドリル加工により設け、その後にリーマ加工を行わずに、前記嫌気性接着剤を前記隙間に充填する請求項1に記載のタイヤ加硫金型の製造方法。
- 前記排気孔の内面の一部に前記ハウジングを接触させることで環状でない前記隙間を形成する請求項1又は2に記載のタイヤ加硫金型の製造方法。
- 前記接着剤に伝熱性付与材を混入してある請求項1〜3いずれか1項に記載のタイヤ加硫金型の製造方法。
