Claims (6)
- キャビティにセットされたタイヤの外表面に接する成形面と、前記成形面で開口する排気孔に装着されたベントプラグとを備えるタイヤ加硫金型において、
前記ベントプラグが、排気路を内部に有する筒状のハウジングと、前記ハウジングに挿入され、前記排気路を開閉する弁体となるステムと、前記排気路を開放するように前記ステムを前記キャビティに向けて付勢する付勢部材とを備え、
前記排気孔の孔径が前記ハウジングの外径よりも大きく、前記排気孔と前記ハウジングとの間の隙間に充填された接着剤によって前記ベントプラグが前記成形面に固定されていることを特徴とするタイヤ加硫金型。 - 前記ハウジングの下端部を支持する段部が前記排気孔に設けられている請求項1に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。
- 前記接着剤が嫌気性接着剤である請求項1又は2に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。
- 前記排気孔の孔径と前記ハウジングの外径との差が0.04〜0.1mmである請求項1〜3いずれか1項に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。
- 前記接着剤に伝熱性付与材を混入してある請求項1〜4いずれか1項に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。
- キャビティにセットされたタイヤの外表面に接する成形面に排気孔を設ける工程と、前記排気孔にベントプラグを装着する工程とを含むタイヤ加硫金型の製造方法において、
前記ベントプラグが、排気路を内部に有する筒状のハウジングと、前記ハウジングに挿入され、前記排気路を開閉する弁体となるステムと、前記排気路を開放するように前記ステムを前記キャビティに向けて付勢する付勢部材とを備え、
前記排気孔の孔径を前記ハウジングの外径よりも大きく形成し、前記排気孔と前記ハウジングとの間の隙間に接着剤を充填して、前記ベントプラグを前記成形面に固定することを特徴とするタイヤ加硫金型の製造方法。
