Claims (14)
- 車両用タイヤの加硫金型の空気抜き弁(1)において使用するための弁インサート(4)であって、前記弁インサート(4)は、前記空気抜き弁(1)の弁スリーブ(3)の中へと挿入されるように構成された弁棒(6)を備え、前記弁棒(6)の第1端は弁体(7)を備え、前記弁棒(6)の第2端は、前記弁インサート(4)を前記弁スリーブ(3)に脱着可能に取り付けるため、及び前記弁インサート(4)の開ストロークを制限するための弾性的に圧縮可能な保持部材(8)を備えており、前記保持部材(8)が、前記弁スリーブ(3)の端面(16)に当接して、これにより前記弁インサート(4)の前記開ストロークを制限するように配置された停止面(14)を備えることを特徴とする弁インサート(4)。
- 前記停止面(14)が前記弁棒(6)の長手方向軸(17)に垂直であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁インサート(4)。
- 停止面(14)が湾曲していないことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の弁インサート(4)。
- 前記弾性的に圧縮可能な保持部材(8)が、前記保持部材(8)の圧縮を成し遂げるためのスロット(10)を備え、前記スロット(10)が前記弁棒(6)の前記第2端から前記弁棒(6)の前記第1端に向かって延在することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の弁インサート(4)。
- スロット(10)が前記弁棒(6)を半径方向に突き抜けて延在することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の弁インサート(4)。
- 弁棒(6)が、前記弁スリーブ(6)からの空気除去を向上させるための少なくとも1つの切り欠き部(18)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の弁インサート(4)。
- 前記切り欠き部(18)が、前記保持部材(8)から前記弁体(7)に向かって延在することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の弁インサート(4)。
- 切り欠き部(18)の場所における前記弁棒(6)の直径が、前記切り欠き部(18)に隣接した場所における前記弁棒(6)の直径よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項6又は請求項7に記載の弁インサート(4)。
- 前記切り欠き部(18)表面が、湾曲しておらずかつ/又は前記弁棒(6)の長手方向軸(17)と平行であることを特徴とする請求項6から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の弁インサート(4)。
- 車両用タイヤの加硫金型から空気を除去するための通気弁(1)であって、前記通気弁(1)は弁スリーブ(3)を備え、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の弁インサート(4)が前記弁スリーブ(3)に脱着可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とする通気弁(1)。
- 前記弁スリーブ(3)の端面(16)が前記弁インサート(4)の前記停止面(14)と平行であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の通気弁(1)。
- 前記弁棒(6)の切り欠き部(18)が、前記弁スリーブ(3)の出口開口(12)を突き抜けて延在することを特徴とする請求項10又は請求項11に記載の通気弁(1)。
- 前記弁スリーブ(3)の壁が、前記弁スリーブ(3)からの空気除去を向上させるための孔(1又は複数)(19)を備えることを特徴とする請求項10から請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の通気弁(1)。
- 前記孔(1又は複数)(19)が、前記弁スリーブ(3)の下方部分(3.2)に位置し、前記下方部分(3.2)が、前記弁スリーブ(3)の上方部分(3.1)よりも小さい外径を有することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の通気弁(1)。
