Claims (8)
- 電気機器のハウジングと電気コネクタとを連結する連結構造において、
前記ハウジングは、
前記電気機器の内部に形成された第1ハウジング結線部を含み、
前記電気コネクタは、
コネクタ本体と、
前記コネクタ本体に設けられて電気機器と電力装置を電気的に連結する連結バーと、
前記連結バーを貫通するホール状の第2ハウジング結線部と、
前記コネクタ本体に設けられて前記電気機器に挿入される挿入部と、
前記挿入部の軸に円周方向に配置されるシーリングと、を含み、
前記電子機器は、前記第2ハウジング結線部を貫通し、前記第1ハウジング結線部と結合する固定ボルトを含み、
前記固定ボルトは、前記連結バーと直交するように配置され、
前記挿入部の軸の口径は、前記電気機器の挿入溝の口径より大きい、連結構造。 - 前記挿入部は口径の大きさが異なる第1軸と第2軸を含む、請求項1に記載の連結構造。
- 前記挿入部の軸の口径と前記電子機器挿入部の軸の口径の差はしまりばめによる公差値である、請求項1または2に記載の連結構造。
- 前記挿入部は円形状または丸い角を有する四角形状のいずれかである、請求項1または2に記載の連結構造。
- 前記円形状の挿入部を含む電気コネクタは、
前記連結バーの上端に回転防止用突出部を含む、請求項4に記載の連結構造。 - 前記連結バーの一端に形成されるハウジング結線部と、
前記連結バーの他の一端に形成される電力装置結線部と、を更に含む、請求項1に記載の連結構造。 - 前記電力装置結線部はナット状またはスタッド状のうち少なくともいずれか一つである、請求項6に記載の連結構造。
- 前記挿入部は挿入部の軸に円周方向に沿ってリング状に形成されるシーリングを含む、請求項1に記載の連結構造。
