Description
図1は、本発明に係る表示装置の実施の形態を適用したプログラマブルロジックコントローラの斜視図である。図2A、図2Bは、実施の形態に係るLEDカバーの斜視図である。図2Aは、LEDカバー1の表側の構造を示しており、図2Bは、LEDカバー1の裏側の構造を示している。図3は、実施の形態に係るLEDカバーの正面図である。図4は、実施の形態に係る表示装置としてのLED表示部を備えたプログラマブルロジックコントローラの断面図である。説明の簡略化のため、図1,図2A,図2Bにおける+X方向を前、−X方向を後、+Y方向を右、−Y方向を左、+Z方向を上、−Z方向を下と定義する。ただし、ここでの前後・左右・上下は、プログラマブルロジックコントローラ2を設置する向きを規定するものではない。
Claims (4)
- マトリクス状に配列された複数の発光素子が実装された発光素子基板と、
前記発光素子基板の前記複数の発光素子が実装された面を覆うカバーとを有し、動作状況を表示する表示部として電子機器に適用される表示装置であって、
前記カバーは、
裏面が前記複数の発光素子と対向するように配置される透光板であって、前記複数の発光素子に対応する各位置に凹形状の複数の導光穴を形成するように格子状に凸設された光透過防止壁を裏面に備える透光板と、
前記透光板の表面の前記複数の導光穴の底面に対応する各位置に隣接して文字が印刷された印刷層とを有し、
前記複数の導光穴の各々は、底面側ほど開口面積が小さくなるテーパ穴であり、底面には梨地加工が施されていることを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記発光素子基板に形成された切り欠きと、前記透光板の裏面に設けられた位置決め用凸部との嵌合によって、前記カバーの幅方向の位置決めがなされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記光透過防止壁の前記導光穴の側壁を形成する部分の反射率は、前記透光板の反射率よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記導光穴の底面は、前記複数の発光素子の各々の外形と異なる形状であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の表示装置。
