Description
(1) 長手方向軸を有する細長形本体と、

前記螺旋状形態が、軸上構成を有することにより、前記螺旋状形態の中心長手方向軸が、前記細長形本体の前記長手方向軸と、軸方向で位置合わせされる、カテーテル。
(2) 前記細長形本体及び前記遠位アセンブリを通って延びる、収縮ワイヤーを更に含み、前記制御ハンドルが、前記収縮ワイヤーを作動させて、前記螺旋状形態を収縮させるように構成される、第1制御部材を含む、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(3) 前記細長形本体を通って延びる、偏向ワイヤーを更に含み、前記制御ハンドルが、前記偏向ワイヤーを作動させて、前記細長形本体の一部分を偏向させるように構成される、第2制御部材を含む、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(4) 前記形状記憶支持部材が中空である、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(5) 前記形状記憶支持部材を通る挿入に適合されたマンドレルを更に含み、前記マンドレルが、前記螺旋状形態とは異なる形態を有する、実施態様4に記載のカテーテル。
(6) 前記灌注焼灼リング電極が、前記リング電極の内側から、前記リング電極の外側に、半径方向で流体を通過させるように構成される、少なくとも1つの開口を有する、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(7) 前記灌注焼灼リング電極が、前記リング電極の内側から、前記リング電極の外側に、軸方向で流体を通過させるように構成される、少なくとも1つの開口を有する、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(8) インピーダンスを測定するように適合された、少なくとも1つのリング電極を更に含む、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(9) PV電位を測定するように適合された、少なくとも1つのリング電極を更に含む、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(10) 長手方向軸を有する細長形本体と、
前記細長形本体の遠位の遠位アセンブリであって、前記遠位部材は、第1の既定形態を画定する中空支持部材を有する、遠位アセンブリと、
前記遠位アセンブリ上に設置される、少なくとも1つの電極と、
前記細長形本体の近位の制御ハンドルと、
第2の既定形態を画定するマンドレルであって、前記マンドレルは、前記中空支持部材内への挿入に適合される、マンドレルと、を含む、カテーテル。
(12) 前記遠位アセンブリの前記第1の既定形態が、概して三日月状である、実施態様10に記載のカテーテル。
(13) 前記遠位アセンブリの前記第1の既定形態が、より大きい曲率を有し、前記マンドレルの前記第2の既定形態が、より小さい曲率を有する、実施態様10に記載のカテーテル。
(14) 前記第1の既定形態が、軸上構成を有することにより、前記第1の既定形態の中心長手方向軸が、前記細長形本体の前記長手方向軸と、軸方向で位置合わせされる、実施態様10に記載のカテーテル。
(15) 前記遠位アセンブリの前記第1の既定形態が、オフエッジの構成を有することにより、前記既定形態が、前記細長形本体の長手方向軸と、軸方向で位置合わせされることなく平行である、中心長手方向軸を有する、実施態様10に記載のカテーテル。
(16) 前記中空支持部材が、中空ストランド管材を含む、実施態様10に記載のカテーテル。
(17) 前記中空支持部材が、その長さに沿った螺旋状の切り込みを有する、管状部材を含む、実施態様10に記載のカテーテル。
(18) 前記螺旋状の切り込みが、相互に噛み合うパターンを含む、実施態様17に記載のカテーテル。
(19) 長手方向軸を有する細長形本体と、
前記細長形本体の遠位の遠位アセンブリであって、前記遠位部材は、形状記憶支持部材及び概して円形の形態を有する、遠位アセンブリと、
前記概して円形の形態上に設置される、少なくとも1つの灌注焼灼リング電極と、
前記細長形本体の近位の制御ハンドルと、を含み、
前記円形の形態が、オフエッジの構成を有することにより、前記円形の形態が、前記細長形本体の長手方向軸を中心として螺旋を形成する、カテーテル。
(20) 前記円形の形態が、軸外構成を有することにより、前記円形の形態の前記中心長手方向軸が、前記細長形本体の前記長手方向軸から、軸方向でオフセットされる、実施態様19に記載のカテーテル。
Claims (7)
- 長手方向軸を有する細長形本体と、
前記細長形本体の遠位の遠位アセンブリであって、前記遠位アセンブリは、形状記憶支持部材及び螺旋状形態を有する、遠位アセンブリと、
前記螺旋状形態上に設置される、少なくとも1つの灌注焼灼リング電極と、
前記細長形本体の近位の制御ハンドルと、を含み、
前記螺旋状形態が、軸上構成を有することにより、前記螺旋状形態の中心長手方向軸が、前記細長形本体の前記長手方向軸と、軸方向で位置合わせされ、
前記形状記憶支持部材が中空であり、
前記形状記憶支持部材を通る挿入に適合されたマンドレルを更に含み、前記マンドレルが、前記螺旋状形態とは異なる形態を有する、カテーテル。 - 前記細長形本体及び前記遠位アセンブリを通って延びる、収縮ワイヤーを更に含み、前記制御ハンドルが、前記収縮ワイヤーを作動させて、前記螺旋状形態を収縮させるように構成される、第1制御部材を含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記細長形本体を通って延びる、偏向ワイヤーを更に含み、前記制御ハンドルが、前記偏向ワイヤーを作動させて、前記細長形本体の一部分を偏向させるように構成される、第2制御部材を含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記灌注焼灼リング電極が、前記リング電極の内側から、前記リング電極の外側に、半径方向で流体を通過させるように構成される、少なくとも1つの開口を有する、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記灌注焼灼リング電極が、前記リング電極の内側から、前記リング電極の外側に、軸方向で流体を通過させるように構成される、少なくとも1つの開口を有する、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- インピーダンスを測定するように適合された、少なくとも1つのリング電極を更に含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
