Claims (13)
- 高繊維材質と、
前記高繊維材質に接触する葉緑素材質と、
を備えることを特徴とするセパレータであって、
前記葉緑素材質の層が前記高繊維材質の層の表面上に設けられ、
前記葉緑素材質は葉緑素a、葉緑素b、葉緑素c1、葉緑素c2、葉緑素d及び葉緑素eから選ばれる一種又は複数種を含み、
前記セパレータの厚さが0.01〜0.1mmであり、
前記高繊維材質の細孔の直径が0.01μm以上であるセパレータ。 - 前記葉緑素材質は粉末状であり、粉末状の前記葉緑素材質の粒子の直径は0.01μm〜1mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセパレータ。
- 前記高繊維材質が積層構造であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のセパレータ。
- 前記高繊維材質は、有機塩類水溶液又は無機塩類水溶液を吸着した高繊維材質であり、前記有機塩類水溶液又は前記無機塩類水溶液の導電度は、10〜500ms/cmであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のセパレータ。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のセパレータを有することを特徴とする有機電池。
- 高繊維材質によって第一ダイアフラムを製造する第1のステップと、
葉緑素材質を使用して、前記第一ダイアフラム上に第二ダイアフラムを形成する第2のステップと、
を備えることを特徴とするセパレータの製造方法であって、
前記葉緑素材質は葉緑素a、葉緑素b、葉緑素c1、葉緑素c2、葉緑素d及び葉緑素eから選ばれる一種又は複数種を含み、
前記セパレータの厚さが0.01〜0.1mmであり、
前記高繊維材質の細孔の直径が0.01μm以上であるセパレータの製造方法。 - 高繊維材質を前記第二ダイアフラム上に配置して第三ダイアフラムを形成する第3のステップをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のセパレータの製造方法。
- 前記第1のステップにおいて、25〜300℃に温度設定されたオーブンで有機塩類水溶液又は無機塩類水溶液を吸着した前記高繊維材質を焼き上げることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載のセパレータの製造方法。
- 前記高繊維材質を焼き上げる時間は、4〜10分であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のセパレータの製造方法。
- 前記第2のステップにおいて、前記葉緑素材質を前記第一ダイアフラム上に押圧するか又は塗布して第二ダイアフラムを形成することを特徴とする請求項6乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のセパレータの製造方法。
- 前記第2のステップにおいて、前記葉緑素材質を前記第一ダイアフラム上に液滴するか又は吹き付けることで第二ダイアフラムを形成することを特徴とする請求項6乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のセパレータの製造方法。
- 前記第2のステップにおいて、前記第一ダイアフラムをオーブンに入れて焼き上げ、前記葉緑素材質からなる第二ダイアフラムを前記第一ダイアフラムに付着させることを特徴とする請求項6乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のセパレータの製造方法。
- 前記第2のステップにおいて、前記葉緑素材質は、天然木葉から抽出し且つ葉緑素分解酵素の作用により形成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のセパレータの製造方法。
