Claims (12)
- 負極構造層と、
前記負極構造層上に設けられる第一セパレータと、
前記第一セパレータ上に設けられる葉緑素層と、
前記葉緑素層上に設けられる第二セパレータと、
前記第二セパレータ上に設けられる正極構造層と、
上平板と、
下平板と、
を備えてなる平板電池であって、
前記負極構造層、前記第一セパレータ、前記葉緑素層、前記第二セパレータ及び前記正極構造層は、前記上平板と前記下平板との間に挟まれ、前記負極構造層は導電材料層及び金属ファイリング層を備え、前記正極構造層は、活性化した導電高分子層及び導電高分子層を備え、前記活性化した導電高分子層は、炭化布、炭粉末又はナノ導電高分子粉末を備えることを特徴とする平板電池。 - 前記導電材料層は、アルミニウム、金、金属化合物又は導電高分子材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平板電池。
- 前記第一セパレータ及び前記第二セパレータは、それぞれ高繊維材質を用いて製造されており、前記高繊維材質は紙類であり、前記第一セパレータ及び前記第二セパレータは、それぞれ有機塩類水溶液を吸着していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の平板電池。
- 前記導電高分子層には、導電高分子材料として、複素環又は芳香族複素環化合物が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平板電池。
- 前記活性化した導電高分子層は、葉緑素粉末をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平板電池。
- 前記上平板及び前記下平板は、アクリル板、複合材料板、完全金属板、導電ガラス板、酸化金属板又は合金板であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の平板電池。
- 葉緑素層を製造する第1のステップと、
有機塩類水溶液を吸着した第一セパレータ及び第二セパレータを製造する第2のステップと、
負極構造層を用意する第3のステップと、
前記負極構造層上に有機塩類水溶液を吸着した前記第一セパレータを配置する第4のステップと、
前記第一セパレータ上に前記葉緑素層を配置する第5のステップと、
前記葉緑素層上に有機塩類水溶液を吸着した前記第二セパレータを配置する第6のステップと、
前記第二セパレータ上に正極構造層を配置する第7のステップと、
上述した積層構造を上平板と下平板との間に挟持させる第8のステップと、
を備え、
前記負極構造層は導電材料層及び金属ファイリング層を備え、前記正極構造層は、活性化した導電高分子層及び導電高分子層を備え、前記活性化した導電高分子層は、炭化布、炭粉末又はナノ導電高分子粉末を備えることを特徴とする平板電池の製造方法。 - 前記第4のステップと前記第5のステップとの間に前記第一セパレータ及び前記負極構造層を平面的に加圧する第4の1のステップをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の平板電池の製造方法。
- 前記第4の1のステップは、60〜70キログラムの重量で前記第一セパレータ及び前記負極構造層を平面的に加圧することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の平板電池の製造方法。
- 前記第一セパレータ及び前記第二セパレータは、それぞれ高繊維材質を使用して製造することを特徴とする請求項7乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の平板電池の製造方法。
- 前記葉緑素層は、葉緑素を含むことを特徴とする請求項7乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の平板電池の製造方法。
- 前記活性化した導電高分子層は、葉緑素粉末を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の平板電池の製造方法。
