Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 装置本体に対して軸芯方向に移動するサーボピストンと、前記装置本体に対する前記サーボピストンの移動量を検出するストロークセンサとを備え、加えられた油圧に応じて前記サーボピストンを移動することにより、ターボ過給機のタービンに対する排気ガスの供給流速を変化させる油圧サーボ装置において、
前記ターボ過給機と前記ストロークセンサとの間において前記ストロークセンサの周囲となる部位に遮熱部を備え、前記遮熱部に冷却水が供給される冷却水路が設けられていることを特徴とする油圧サーボ装置。 - 前記冷却水路は、前記遮熱部の肉厚内部に設けた板状の空間を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧サーボ装置。
- 前記ストロークセンサは、前記サーボピストンの一端部に設けた可動子と、前記装置本体において前記可動子の周囲となる部位に配設し、前記装置本体に対する前記可動子の位置の変化を検出する固定子とを備えて構成したものであり、
前記装置本体には、前記固定子を保持するセンサ保持部において前記ターボ過給機との連結部分となる部位に前記冷却水路が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧サーボ装置。 - 前記ストロークセンサは、前記サーボピストンの一端部に設けた可動子と、前記装置本体において前記可動子の周囲となる部位に配設し、前記装置本体に対する前記可動子の位置の変化を検出する固定子とを備えて構成したものであり、
前記装置本体には、前記固定子を保持するセンサ保持部において前記ターボ過給機との連結部分となる部位に前記冷却水路が設けられ、かつ肉厚内部に前記冷却水路を有した遮熱部が前記ストロークセンサの周囲を覆うように設けられ、前記装置本体の前記冷却水路と前記遮熱部の前記冷却水路とが互いに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧サーボ装置。 - 前記ストロークセンサは、前記サーボピストンの一端部に設けた可動子と、前記装置本体において前記可動子の周囲となる部位に配設し、前記装置本体に対する前記可動子の位置の変化を検出する固定子とを備えて構成したものであり、
前記遮熱部は、前記固定子の周囲となる部位及び前記サーボピストンの軸芯延長上となる部位を覆うように構成されており、少なくとも前記固定子の周囲となる部位に前記冷却水路を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧サーボ装置。 - コンプレッサを収容するコンプレッサハウジングと前記タービンハウジングとの間にセンタハウジングを備え、前記センタハウジングには、前記コンプレッサ及び前記タービンが取り付けられたシャフトが軸受を介して回転可能に支持されているとともに、前記軸受の周囲となる部位に冷却水が供給されるハウジング用冷却水路が設けられており、
前記冷却水路が前記ハウジング用冷却水路に接続された状態で請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1つに記載した油圧サーボ装置が前記センタハウジングに取り付けられていることを特徴とするターボ過給機。
