Description
Claims (6)
- 気筒(11a)内に燃料を噴射する燃料噴射弁(17)を備える圧縮自着火式内燃機関(10)に適用される制御装置(40)であって、
前記燃料噴射弁により噴射された燃料の燃焼性として、前記燃料の着火遅れ期間、前記圧縮自着火式内燃機関のトルク変動、及び前記燃料の燃焼開始から燃焼終了までの燃焼期間のいずれかを検出する燃焼性検出手段と、
前記燃料の密度を検出する密度検出手段と、
前記燃焼性検出手段により検出された前記燃焼性が、正常であるか否か判定することのできる基準よりも低い非正常であり、且つ前記密度検出手段により検出された前記密度が、前記燃料が重質燃料と軽質燃料とのどちらに近いか判定することのできる所定値よりも大きい場合に、前記気筒内に供給される気体の酸素濃度を現時点よりも上昇させる酸素濃度上昇手段と、
前記燃焼性検出手段により検出された前記燃焼性が前記基準よりも低い非正常であり、且つ前記密度検出手段により検出された前記密度が前記所定値よりも小さい場合に、前記気筒で気体を圧縮する際の圧縮比を現時点よりも上昇させる圧縮比上昇手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする圧縮自着火式内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記燃焼性検出手段により検出された前記燃焼性が前記基準よりも低い非正常であり、且つ前記密度検出手段により検出された前記密度が前記所定値よりも小さい場合に、前記燃料噴射弁により実行されるパイロット噴射の噴射量を現時点よりも増加させる噴射量増加手段を備える請求項1に記載の圧縮自着火式内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記圧縮自着火式内燃機関は、吸気弁(16)及び排気弁(18)の少なくとも一方の開閉タイミングを可変とする可変バルブタイミング装置(21)を備えており、
前記圧縮比上昇手段は、前記可変バルブタイミング装置により前記吸気弁及び前記排気弁の少なくとも一方の開閉タイミングを変更させることにより、前記気筒で気体を圧縮する際の圧縮比を現時点よりも上昇させる請求項1又は2に記載の圧縮自着火式内燃機関の制御装置。 - 気筒内に燃料を噴射する燃料噴射弁を備える圧縮自着火式内燃機関に適用される制御装置であって、
前記燃料噴射弁により噴射された燃料の燃焼性として、前記燃料の着火遅れ期間、前記圧縮自着火式内燃機関のトルク変動、及び前記燃料の燃焼開始から燃焼終了までの燃焼期間のいずれかを検出する燃焼性検出手段と、
前記燃料の密度を検出する密度検出手段と、
前記燃焼性検出手段により検出された前記燃焼性が、正常であるか否か判定することのできる基準よりも低い非正常であり、且つ前記密度検出手段により検出された前記密度が、前記燃料が重質燃料と軽質燃料とのどちらに近いか判定することのできる所定値よりも大きい場合に、前記気筒内に供給される気体の酸素濃度を現時点よりも上昇させる酸素濃度上昇手段と、
前記燃焼性検出手段により検出された前記燃焼性が前記基準よりも低い非正常であり、且つ前記密度検出手段により検出された前記密度が前記所定値よりも小さい場合に、前記燃料噴射弁により実行されるパイロット噴射の噴射量を現時点よりも増加させる噴射量増加手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする圧縮自着火式内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記圧縮自着火式内燃機関は、排気の一部を吸気に導入する排気再循環装置(26)を備えており、
前記酸素濃度上昇手段は、前記排気再循環装置により前記吸気に導入する前記排気の量を現時点よりも減少させることにより、前記気筒内に供給される気体の酸素濃度を現時点よりも上昇させる請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮自着火式内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記圧縮自着火式内燃機関は、前記気筒内の圧力を検出する筒内圧センサ(31)を備えており、
前記燃焼性検出手段は、前記筒内圧センサの検出値に基づいて、前記燃焼性として前記着火遅れ期間を検出する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮自着火式内燃機関の制御装置。
