Description
アノードと、
上記アノード上に形成された誘電体層と、
カソードと、
上記誘電体層及び上記カソードの間に位置する固体電解質と、を備え、
上記固体電解質は本発明に係る導電材料配合物を含む固体キャパシタが提供される。
本発明に係る導電材料配合物は(a)導電性ポリマー材料及び(b)絶縁材料を含む。
本発明に係る導電性ポリマー材料は導電性ポリマー及び多価陰イオンに由来し、上記導電性ポリマーは式(I)のモノマーに由来する重合ユニットを含む:

であってもよいが、これらに限定されない。
本発明の絶縁材料は、固体キャパシタ材料の構造のための保護層として機能する別の誘電体層(例えば図3のD1)として使用され得る。固体キャパシタ内のカソード及びアノード間の絶縁性が向上し、電子が透過する可能性が減少し、固体キャパシタの耐電圧が増加する。本発明に係る絶縁材料は103から1012Ωmの抵抗を有し、無機酸化物、非共役ポリマー又はそれらの組み合わせから選択される。
本願は、以下のステップを備える、上記導電性ポリマー材料の準備方法も提供する:
(a)式(I)のモノマー
AはC1からC4の(R)pで置換されたアルキレンであり、
XはOまたはSであり、
B1はO、SまたはNであり、
B2はNまたはCであり、
R1、R2、R3及びRはそれぞれ独立にH、無置換若しくは置換されたC1からC20のアルキル若しくはアルコキシまたは無置換若しくは置換されたC6からC20のアリールであり、
pは0、1または2であり、
q及びwはそれぞれ独立に0または1であるステップ。
(b)ミセルを形成するためにステップ(a)からの混合物を第一の超音波振動にかけるステップ。
(c)テンプレートの役割を果たす多価陰イオンをもとにモノマーの酸化重合が生じることを可能にし、多価陰イオンを含む複合物を形成するために酸化剤を添加するステップ。
(d)ステップ(c)で得られた生成物を第二の超音波振動にかけるステップ。
[固体キャパシタの準備]
[実施例1]
水100ml中の0.3gのポリスチレンスルホン酸(Alfa Acsar、CAS NO:28210−41−5、30%水溶液。分子量75000)に1gの
水100ml中の3.3gのポリスチレンスルホン酸に1gの

得られた固体キャパシタの容量は20℃、120Hzの周波数でHP4284A LCR計によって測定された。クロマモデル11200キャパシタリーク電流/絶縁抵抗計を用いて、得られた固体キャパシタの耐電圧及び特性を測定した。表1に測定結果のリストを示す。

Claims (11)
- (a)導電性ポリマー材料と、
(b)絶縁材料と、を備える導電材料結合体であって、
前記導電性ポリマー材料は導電性ポリマー及び多価陰イオンに由来し、前記導電性ポリマーは式(I)のモノマーに由来する重合ユニットを含み、
XはOまたはSであり、
RはH、無置換若しくは置換されたC1からC20のアルキル若しくはアルコキシ、または無置換若しくは置換されたC6からC20のアリールであり、
pは0、1または2であり、
前記導電性ポリマーはさらに以下からなる群から選択されたモノマーに由来する重合ユニットを含み、
前記導電性ポリマーは重量平均分子量が3000から30000の範囲であり、
前記絶縁材料(b)は、導電性ポリマー材料(a)の100重量部を基に0.01から200重量部の量であり、
前記導電性ポリマー材料が、10から1000nmの範囲の大きさを有する、導電材料結合体。 - 式(I)の前記モノマーが、
R4及びR5は、それぞれ独立してH、無置換若しくは置換されたC1からC15のアルキル若しくはアルコキシ、又は無置換若しくは置換されたC6からC15のアリールである、請求項1に記載の導電材料結合体。 - 前記絶縁材料が、103から1012Ωmの抵抗を有する、請求項1に記載の導電材料結合体。
- 前記絶縁材料が、無機酸化物、非共役ポリマー及びそれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項1に記載の導電材料結合体。
- 前記無機酸化物が、二酸化チタン、アルミナ、酸化亜鉛、インジウムスズ酸化物及びシリカからなる群から選択される、請求項4に記載の導電材料結合体。
- 前記非共役ポリマーが、エポキシモノマー、エポキシオリゴマー、エポキシ樹脂、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリウレタン、ポリイミド、カルボキシメチルセルロース、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリアクリルアミド、及びポリテトラフルオロエテンからなる群から選択される、請求項4に記載の導電材料結合体。
- アノードと、
前記アノード上に形成された誘電体層と、
カソードと、
前記誘電体層及び前記カソードの間に位置する固体電解質と、を備える固体キャパシタであって、
前記固体電解質が請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の導電材料結合体を含む固体キャパシタ。 - 前記固体電解質が、前記導電性ポリマー材料と前記絶縁材料との混合物を備えた単一層構造である、請求項7に記載の固体キャパシタ。
- 前記固体電解質が複数層構造である請求項7に記載の固体キャパシタ。
- 前記複数層構造が2層の絶縁材料層に挟まれた1層の導電性ポリマー材料層を備えている、請求項9に記載の固体キャパシタ。
- 前記複数層構造が2層の導電性ポリマー材料層に挟まれた1層の絶縁材料層を備えている、請求項9に記載の固体キャパシタ。
