前記剥離力(Y)は、5gf/in〜70gf/inまたは5gf/in〜60gf/inchであることができる。前記剥離力(Y)を前述した範囲に制御して、被着剤を外部汚染要因から安定的に保護し、剥離時に被着剤を損傷させない粘着剤を提供することができる。

剥離力テスト
剥離力の測定は、製造された保護フィルムの粘着剤層をITOハードコーティング面を被着体として40℃で96時間熟成して付着させた。付着後、150℃で1時間熱処理を行っ後、引張試験器(Texture Analyzer)を使用して常温で0.3m/minの剥離速度及び180度の剥離角度で低速剥離力を測定し、高速剥離力測定器(CKTS−710S、忠北テック社製)を使用して常温で20m/minの剥離速度及び180度の剥離角度で高速剥離力を測定し、表2に示し、前記測定された剥離力を下記評価基準によって評価し、表3に示した。

○:測定された剥離力の値が70gf/in未満の場合
×:測定された剥離力の値が70gf/in以上の場合
製造例1.アクリル重合体(A)の製造
内部に窒素ガスが還流され、温度調節が容易になるように冷却装置を設置した2L反応器にエチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)85重量部及びヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(HEA)15重量部を投入した。引き続いて、エチルアセテート(EAc)149.1重量部を溶剤として投入し、酸素除去のために窒素ガスを60分間パージング(purging)し、温度を67℃に維持した状態で反応開始剤であるアゾビスイソブチロニトリル(AIBN)0.04重量部を投入し、3時間反応させた。反応させた反応物をエチルアセテート(EAc)で希釈し、固形分の濃度が28%であり、分子量が70万であるアクリル重合体(A)を製造した。
エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)90重量部及びヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(HEA)10重量部を投入したことを除いて、製造例1に準ずる方式でアクリル重合体(B)を製造した。
エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)95重量部及びヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(HEA)5重量部を投入したことを除いて、製造例1に準ずる方式でアクリル重合体(C)を製造した。
エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)97重量部及びヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(HEA)3重量部を投入したことを除いて、製造例1に準ずる方式でアクリル重合体(D)を製造した。
エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)99重量部及びヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(HEA)1重量部を投入したことを除いて、製造例1に準ずる方式でアクリル重合体(E)を製造した。
エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)84.1重量部、ヒドロキシメチルアクリルアミド(HMAA)0.9重量部及びヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(HEA)15重量部を投入したことを除いて、製造例1に準ずる方式でアクリル重合体(F)を製造した。
エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)85重量部及びヒドロキシブチルアクリレート(HBA)15重量部を投入したことを除いて、製造例1に準ずる方式でアクリル重合体(G)を製造した。
実施例1
製造例1で得られたアクリル重合体(A)を粘着樹脂として使用し、前記粘着樹脂に含まれた架橋性官能基1当量に対して1.1当量の官能基を提供することができる架橋剤(または前記アクリル重合体(A)100重量部に対して27.3重量部の架橋剤)及び前記粘着樹脂100重量部に対してジブチルスズジラウレートを0.005重量部及びアセチルアセトン3重量部をそれぞれ均一に混合して粘着組成物を製造した。
製造例6のアクリル重合体(F)を使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同一の方式で保護フィルムを製造した。
製造例7のアクリル重合体(G)を使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同一の方式で保護フィルムを製造した。
製造例2のアクリル重合体(B)を使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同一の方式で保護フィルムを製造した。
製造例3のアクリル重合体(C)を使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同一の方式で保護フィルムを製造した。
製造例4のアクリル重合体(D)を使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同一の方式で保護フィルムを製造した。
製造例5のアクリル重合体(E)を使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同一の方式で保護フィルムを製造した。

Claims (19)
- アルキル(メタ)アクリレート及び架橋性官能基含有単量体を含む単量体混合物であり、前記単量体混合物内で前記架橋性官能基含有単量体の重量比率が10重量%を超過する単量体混合物の重合体;及び前記重合体100重量部に対して20重量部〜50重量部の比率で架橋剤を含み、
重合体100重量部に対して1〜10重量部の架橋遅延剤をさらに含む、粘着剤組成物。 - 単量体混合物内の架橋性官能基含有単量体の重量比率が13重量%以上である、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 単量体混合物内の架橋性官能基含有単量体の重量比率が30重量%以下である、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 単量体混合物は、アルキル(メタ)アクリレート75重量部〜95重量部及び架橋性官能基含有単量体13重量部〜25重量部を含む、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- アルキル(メタ)アクリレートは、炭素数1〜20のアルキル基を有するアルキル(メタ)アクリレートである、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
