Description
前記高分子成分が、化学式(I)
(ただし、m/n=0.1〜100の少数または整数であり、x=20〜3000の整数である)
で表わされる共重合体、
又は、化学式(II)
(ただし、m/n=0.1〜100の少数または整数であり、x=20〜3000の整数である)
で表わされる共重合体であり、
前記ヨウ素が前記高分子成分に対して、ヨウ素/前記高分子成分=0.295/1〜2/1の重量比で含有されていることを特徴とする色素増感太陽電池である。
厚さ1mmのソーダガラス板上に厚さ200nm、シート抵抗10Ωの酸化インジウムスズ膜(ITO膜)をスパッタリング法によって形成した。次に、粒径が数nmから数十nm、アナターゼ型の酸化チタンの微粒子をエチレングリコール、アセチルアセトン、水から成る混合液に分散溶解し、酸化チタン分散液を作成した。この酸化チタン分散液を上記ITO膜表面に塗布し、120℃で3分間乾燥した後、さらに450℃で30分の熱処理を施し、膜厚15μmの酸化チタン層を形成した。
NAFION(登録商標)溶液1リットル(NAFION(登録商標)として44g)に対し、ヨウ素(I2)を13g、ヨウ化カリウム(KI)83g混合した溶液を作成した以外は、参考例1と同様に色素増感太陽電池を作成した。
NAFION(登録商標)溶液1リットル(NAFION(登録商標)として44g)に対し、ヨウ素(I2)を40g、ヨウ化カリウム(KI)を250g混合した溶液を作成した以外は、参考例1と同様に色素増感太陽電池を作成した。
FLEMION(登録商標)溶液1リットル(FLEMION(登録商標)として44g)に対し、ヨウ素(I2)を0.13g、ヨウ化カリウム(KI)を0.83g混合した溶液を作成した以外は、参考例1と同様に色素増感太陽電池を作成した。

アセトニトリル中に5重量%溶解させた(フッ化ビニリデン−テトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン)共重合体(フッ素化樹脂不揮発分として44g)に対し、ヨウ素(I2)を13g、ヨウ化カリウム(KI)を83g混合した溶液を作成した以外は、参考例1と同様に色素増感太陽電池を作製した。
Claims (3)
- 酸化還元化学種であるヨウ化物を、前記ヨウ素/ヨウ化物=1/5〜1/8の重量比で前記高分子に対して含有されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の色素増感太陽電池。
- 前記電解質の膜厚が0.3〜50μmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の色素増感太陽電池。
