Description
ASTM D882によって測定した伸び率が30乃至250%であり、
ASTM D882によって測定した引張強度が100乃至300kgf/cm 2 である樹脂組成物を提供する。
R1乃至R4は、それぞれ独立して、水素、炭素数1乃至20の線状または分枝型のアルキル基、炭素数6乃至20のアリール基、炭素数2乃至20のアルケニル基または炭素数3乃至20のシクロアルキル基であり;R1乃至R4のうちの少なくともいずれか二つは互いに連結されて炭素数3乃至10のシクロアルキル基を形成することができ;
mは10乃至1,000の整数であり;
R1乃至R4は、それぞれ独立して、水素、炭素数1乃至20の線状または分枝型のアルキル基、炭素数6乃至20のアリール基、炭素数2乃至20のアルケニル基または炭素数3乃至20のシクロアルキル基であり;R1乃至R4のうちの少なくともいずれか二つは互いに連結されて炭素数3乃至10のシクロアルキル基を形成することができ;
mは10乃至1,000の整数である。
製造例1
ジエチル−亜鉛触媒を用いてエチレンオキシドと二酸化炭素を共重合してポリエチレンカーボネート樹脂を次の方法で製造した(Journal of Polymer Science B 1969、7、287;Journal of Controlled release 1997、49、263)。
実施例1
前記製造例1で製造したポリエチレンカーボネート94g、ポリラクチド5g(PLA、重量平均分子量:230,000、製造会社:NatureWorks)およびポリメチルメタクリレート1g(PMMA、重量平均分子量:86,000、製造会社:LG MMA)を混合して樹脂組成物をそれぞれ準備した。
ポリエチレンカーボネート、ポリラクチド、ポリメチルメタクリレートの含量を異にしたことを除いては、前記実施例1と同一に樹脂組成物を製造した。
ポリエチレンカーボネート、ポリラクチド、ポリメチルメタクリレートの各成分を含むか否かおよび含量を異にしたことを除いては、前記実施例1と同一に樹脂組成物を製造した。
前記実施例および比較例で製造した樹脂組成物試片に対して、後述の方法により、押出性、ペレット状態、およびシート加工性を評価し、引張強度、伸び率およびヘイズを測定した。
前記実施例1で製造した樹脂組成物のフィルムを製造した(CAMフィルム(PEC/PLA/PMMA)。フィルム積層体との接合性評価のために、接着対象フイルムとしてPEC100%、およびPLA100%のフィルムを製造した。PECは前記製造例1で製造されたものであり、ポリラクチド(重量平均分子量:約230,000、製造会社:NatureWorks)を使用した。
◎:非常に優秀(強い力を加えても絶対分離されない)
○:優秀(強い力を加えても容易に分離されない)
X:不良(少しの力を加えれば容易に分離される)
Claims (9)
- 下記の化学式1で示される繰り返し単位を含むポリアルキレンカーボネート100重量部に対して;
下記の化学式2で示される繰り返し単位を含むポリラクチド0.5乃至50重量部;および
ポリアルキル(メタ)アクリレート0.5乃至35重量部を含み、
0.17乃至0.19mmの厚さでASTM D1003によって測定したヘイズ(haze)値が40%以下であり、
ASTM D882によって測定した伸び率が30乃至250%であり、
ASTM D882によって測定した引張強度が100乃至300kgf/cm 2 である樹脂組成物:
R1乃至R4は、それぞれ独立して、水素、炭素数1乃至20の線状または分枝型のアルキル基、炭素数6乃至20のアリール基、炭素数2乃至20のアルケニル基または炭素数3乃至20のシクロアルキル基であり;R1乃至R4のうちの少なくともいずれか二つは互いに連結されて炭素数3乃至10のシクロアルキル基を形成することができ;
mは10乃至1,000の整数であり;
nは10乃至1000の整数である。 - 前記ポリアルキレンカーボネートは、10,000乃至1,000,000g/molの重量平均分子量を有する請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリアルキレンカーボネートは、ポリエチレンカーボネート、ポリプロピレンカーボネート、ポリペンテンカーボネート、ポリヘキセンカーボネート、ポリオクテンカーボネート、ポリシクロヘキセンカーボネートおよびこれらの共重合体からなる群より選択された1種以上である請求項1または2に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリラクチドは、L−乳酸、D−乳酸、DL−乳酸(ラセミ体(racemate))またはこれらの混合物を含む請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリラクチドは、100,000乃至1,000,000の重量平均分子量を有するものである請求項4に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリアルキル(メタ)アクリレートの単量体は、(メタ)アクリル酸と炭素数1−20のアルキル基のエステルである請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記樹脂組成物は、顔料、染料、カーボンブラック、酸化チタン、滑石、炭酸カルシウム、クレー、分散剤、潤滑剤、可塑剤、難燃剤、酸化防止剤、帯電防止剤、光安定剤、紫外線吸収剤、および結晶化促進剤からなる群より選択された1種以上の添加剤をさらに含む請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか一項による樹脂組成物から製造される成形品。
- 請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか一項による樹脂組成物から製造されるフィルムを含むフィルム積層体。
