Claims (6)
- 鋼鉄からなりかつ工具の加工部材を含む2以上の第1部分(10)と、ねずみ鋳鉄からなりかつ工具の基部をなす本体部材を含む1つの第2部分(11)と、を有し、該鋼鉄第1部分と該ねずみ鋳鉄第2部分との間の2以上の結合領域を介して、1つの連続鋳造体を構成する複合鋳造工具であって、
該第2部分(11)は本体部材から該加工部材の方向に延在する2以上の第2の壁状突起部分(9)を含み、
該第1部分(10)は該本体部材の方向に延在する第1の壁状突起部分(8)を各々含み、
該第2の壁状突起部分の各々はその上端面において、対応する第1の壁状突起部分と互いに平面状の結合領域(7)で結合されており、
前記結合領域(7)は第2の壁状突起部分の上端面において各別に形成され、
すべての該結合領域が同一の平面上に配されていることを特徴とする、複合鋳造工具。 - 前記結合領域(7)を介して結合するそれぞれの前記第1、第2の壁状突起部分(8,9)は、該結合領域の範囲において、互いに同じ断面形状及び断面面積を有する、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合鋳造工具。
- 前記第1部分(10)の前記第1の壁状突起部分(8)は、前記結合領域(7)から離れるにつれて、次第に断面積が減少することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の複合鋳造工具。
- 前記第1、第2の壁状突起部分(8,9)は、前記結合領域(7)において、前記第1、第2の壁状突起部分(8,9)の全長にわたり、同じ厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一に記載の複合鋳造工具。
- 前記第1の壁状突起部分(8)の高さが最も低い箇所であっても、その箇所の高さが前記結合領域(7)における前記第1の壁状突起部分(8)の厚さよりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一に記載の複合鋳造工具。
- 前記第2の壁状突起部分(9)の高さは、前記結合領域における前記第2の壁状突起部分(9)の厚さよりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一に記載の複合鋳造工具。
