Claims (8)
- シフトバイワイヤ型トランスミッション用の回転シフトアクチュエータ(1)であって、
モータ軸線(9)回りに回転可能なモータシャフト(4)を備えたモータ(3)と、
出力レバー(45)の第2の端部(56)寄りに配置され且つトランスミッションのシフトシャフトに連結されるようになった出力ヘッド(55)と、
トルクを前記モータシャフト(4)から前記出力ヘッド(55)に伝達するギヤトレーン(58)と、を有し、
前記ギヤトレーン(58)は、第1の軸線(17)回りに回転可能な第1のシャフト(15)、第2の軸線(31)回りに回転可能な第2のシャフト(29)及びレバー軸線(47)回りに回動可能な前記出力レバー(45)を含み、
前記ギヤトレーン(58)は、トルクを前記モータシャフト(4)から前記第1のシャフト(15)に、前記第1のシャフト(15)から前記第2のシャフト(29)に、そして前記第2のシャフト(29)から前記出力レバー(45)に伝達する手段(5,11,21,25,37,43)を更に含み、
トルクを前記第1のシャフト(15)から前記第2のシャフト(29)に伝達する前記手段(21,25)は、ウォームギヤ(21,25)として形成され、
前記モータ軸線(9)は、前記第1の軸線(17)に平行に且つ前記第2の軸線(31)に垂直に延び、前記第2の軸線(31)は、前記レバー軸線(47)に平行に延び、
トルクを前記モータシャフト(4)から前記第1のシャフト(15)に伝達する前記手段(5,11)は、前記モータシャフト(4)に取り付けられたモータスパーギヤ(5)及び前記第1のシャフト(15)に取り付けられた第1のスパーギヤ(11)によって形成され、前記第1のスパーギヤ(11)は、前記モータスパーギヤ(5)と噛み合い状態にあり、
前記第1のシャフト(15)は、円筒形の形状のものであり、2つの管形ブッシュ(23,23′)内に設けられ、当該第1のシャフト(15)を前記第1の軸線(17)の方向に変位させることができるようになっている、回転シフトアクチュエータ(1)。 - 前記モータ軸線(9)及び前記第1の軸線(17)は、前記第2の軸線(31)と前記レバー軸線(47)との間に配置され、前記第1の軸線(17)は、好ましくは、前記モータ軸線(9)と前記第2の軸線(31)との間に配置されている、請求項1記載の回転シフトアクチュエータ(1)。
- 前記ウォームギヤ(21,25)は、前記第1のシャフト(15)に取り付けられた円筒形ピニオンギヤ(21)及び前記第2のシャフト(29)に取り付けられたクラウンギヤ(25)によって形成され、前記クラウンギヤ(25)は、前記円筒形ピニオンギヤ(21)と噛み合い状態にある、請求項1又は2記載の回転シフトアクチュエータ(1)。
- 前記第1のシャフト(15)の第1及び/又は第2の端部(13,19)は、第1及び/又は第2の弾性要素(75)に隣接して配置されているが、好ましくは、該弾性要素から間隔を置いて設けられ、前記第1のシャフト(15)を前記第1又は前記第2の弾性要素(75)に向かって前記第1の軸線(17)に沿って変位させると、前記第1のシャフト(15)を前記第1又は前記第2の弾性要素(75)によって中央位置に押し戻すことができるようになっている、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載の回転シフトアクチュエータ(1)。
- 前記第1の弾性要素(75)は、前記第1の軸線(17)に垂直な平面内で延びる第1のプレートスプリング(75)として形成されている、及び/又は、前記第2の弾性要素(75)は、前記第1の軸線(17)に垂直な平面内で延びる第2のプレートスプリング(75)として形成されている、請求項4記載の回転シフトアクチュエータ(1)。
- 前記第1のシャフトの前記第1の端部及び/又は前記第2の端部は、クーポラの形をしている、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一に記載の回転シフトアクチュエータ(1)。
- 前記回転シフトアクチュエータ(1)は、ハウジング(63)内に配置され、前記ハウジング(63)は、カバー(65)、中央要素(67)及びベース(69)を有し、前記カバー(65)は、好ましくは、ガスケット(71)によって前記中央要素(67)に封着されている、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一に記載の回転シフトアクチュエータ(1)。
- 磁石(59)が前記第2のシャフト(29)の端部に取り付けられ、前記磁石(59)は、当該磁石(59)の磁極が前記第2の軸線(31)に垂直な軸線に沿って延びるよう配置され、
前記回転シフトアクチュエータ(1)は、前記磁石(59)の向きを検出する装置(61)を有する、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一に記載の回転シフトアクチュエータ(1)。
