Description
第1実施形態に係る回転センサユニットは、前記ホルダを非磁性材とした構成を有する。
図1は、実施例1の全体構成をアキシヤル平面の切断面で示している。
図示のように、実施例1は、転がり軸受1の外輪11が嵌合されるハウジング2と、転がり軸受1に支持される軸3と、この軸3の回転を検出する磁気式エンコーダ4とを備えている。

Claims (6)
- 転がり軸受の外輪が嵌合されるハウジングと、前記転がり軸受に支持される軸と、この軸の回転を検出する磁気式エンコーダとを備え、前記磁気式エンコーダのエンコーダを、軸心回りの円周方向にS極とN極とが交互に並ぶ磁石とし、前記エンコーダを前記軸と同心で一体に回転するように配置し、前記磁気式エンコーダの磁気検出素子を、前記エンコーダと軸方向に対向するように配置した回転センサユニットにおいて、前記エンコーダをラジアル方向に位置決めするホルダを備え、前記転がり軸受の内輪を、その内径面の一端部が前記軸の外径面の一端から突き出るように嵌合し、前記ホルダを前記内径面の一端部に嵌合することにより前記エンコーダを前記軸と同心に位置決めし、
前記ホルダを非磁性材とし、
前記ハウジングを非磁性材で形成し、
前記ハウジングの一側面に開放する軸受組込み口を閉じる蓋を備え、前記蓋を前記外輪、又は前記外輪と当該蓋間に介在する無端環状の磁性材製スペーサリングに軸方向に押し付けて予圧を与え、前記磁気検出素子を、前記蓋のうち前記軸の一側端面に臨む部分に配置し、前記蓋、前記軸、及び前記外輪を磁性材とし、前記蓋、前記軸の一側端面、及び前記外輪で形成された磁気シールド空間に前記磁気検出素子を配置し、
前記内輪及びこの内輪と前記外輪間に介在する転動体を、磁性材で形成したことを特徴とする回転センサユニット。 - 前記ホルダに、前記エンコーダを保持する保持部と前記内輪の内径面の一端部との間に位置するねじ止め部を設け、このねじ止め部と前記軸とを、非磁性材のねじ部材で締結したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転センサユニット。
- 前記エンコーダを、前記軸の一側端面より前記磁気検出素子側に固定したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の回転センサユニット。
- 転がり軸受の外輪が嵌合されるハウジングと、前記転がり軸受に支持される軸と、この軸の回転を検出する磁気式エンコーダとを備え、前記磁気式エンコーダのエンコーダを、軸心回りの円周方向にS極とN極とが交互に並ぶ磁石とし、前記エンコーダを前記軸と同心で一体に回転するように配置し、前記磁気式エンコーダの磁気検出素子を、前記エンコーダと軸方向に対向するように配置した回転センサユニットにおいて、前記エンコーダをラジアル方向に位置決めするホルダを備え、前記転がり軸受の内輪を、その内径面の一端部が前記軸の外径面の一端から突き出るように嵌合し、前記ホルダを前記内径面の一端部に嵌合することにより前記エンコーダを前記軸と同心に位置決めし、
前記ホルダを非磁性材とし、
前記ホルダを合成樹脂で形成し、前記エンコーダを、前記ホルダの保持部の内径面に圧入することで保持させ、前記エンコーダの外径面に、前記圧入により前記保持部の内径面に食い込んで該エンコーダを前記ホルダに対して回り止めする凹凸を形成したことを特徴とする回転センサユニット。 - 前記凹凸を、軸心に関して360度回転対称に形成したことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の回転センサユニット。
- 前記エンコーダを一体射出成形されたプラスチック磁石としたことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の回転センサユニット。
