Claims (16)
- 駆動軸(4)の回転運動を計測するための磁石式角変位計測システム(100)であって、
駆動軸(4)と、
前記駆動軸(4)の自由端部(43)に連結されて回転可能な励起ユニット(5)と、
静止状態にあり、前記励起ユニット(5)と協働して前記駆動軸(4)の回転運動を計測するセンサユニットとを備えた磁石式角変位計測システムにおいて、
前記駆動軸(4)は、中空軸部(42)を形成する同軸状の凹部(41)を前記自由端部(43)に有する
ことを特徴とする磁石式角変位計測システム。 - 前記凹部(41)は、円錐台状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁石式角変位計測システム。
- 前記励起ユニット(5)は、前記凹部(41)を通って延在する固定部材(9)を用いて前記駆動軸(4)に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の磁石式角変位計測システム。
- 前記中空軸部(42)の領域の前記駆動軸(4)と前記励起ユニット(5)を固定する固定部材(9)との間には、径方向に空隙(46)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の磁石式角変位計測システム。
- 前記駆動軸(4)と同軸状に、前記駆動軸(4)の軸線方向で前記励起ユニット(5)と前記駆動軸(4)との間に配置される環状ディスク(10)と、前記環状ディスク(10)の径方向外縁部に円周に沿って設けられた第1軸方向部材(12a)とを有する第1遮蔽体(1)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の磁石式角変位計測システム。
- 前記第1遮蔽体(1)は、前記駆動軸(4)と一体回転可能に、前記駆動軸(4)に結合されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の磁石式角変位計測システム。
- 前記第1遮蔽体(1)と前記駆動軸(4)との間に、第1スペーサ(81)が配置されることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の磁石式角変位計測システム。
- 前記第1遮蔽体(1)と前記励起ユニット(5)との間に、第2スペーサ(82)が配置されることを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれかに記載の磁石式角変位計測システム。
- 前記第1遮蔽体(1)は、前記第1遮蔽体(1)が径方向で前記駆動軸(4)及び前記第1スペーサ(81)の少なくとも一方と接する第2軸方向部材(12b)を有することを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の磁石式角変位計測システム。
- 前記第1遮蔽体(1)は、前記環状ディスク(10)の軸線方向を向く面(11)が、前記中空軸部(42)の前記自由端部(43)から所定の距離(61)となる位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5〜9のいずれかに記載の磁石式角変位計測システム。
- 前記第1遮蔽体(1)の少なくとも前記第1軸方向部材(12a)を径方向で取り囲む円筒部(21)を有した第2遮蔽体(2)を備え、
前記第1軸方向部材(12a)と前記第2遮蔽体(2)との間に、所定の幅の空隙(6)が形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項5〜10のいずれかに記載の磁石式角変位計測システム。 - 前記第1遮蔽体(1)及び前記第2遮蔽体(2)の少なくとも一方は、前記駆動軸(4)の軸受(44)が当接する軸受部(24)を備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の磁石式角変位計測システム。
- 前記第1遮蔽体(1)及び前記第2遮蔽体(2)の少なくとも一方は、前記センサユニット(7)及びハウジング(8)の少なくとも一方を固定可能な少なくとも1つの段部(13,22,23)を有することを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の磁石式角変位計測システム。
- 少なくとも部分的に前記磁石式角変位計測システム(100)を取り囲むハウジング(8)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の磁石式角変位計測システム。
- 前記ハウジング(8)は、前記前記第1遮蔽体(1)及び前記第2遮蔽体(2)の少なくとも一方に、軸線方向で固定可能であることを特徴とする請求項11〜13のいずれかを引用する請求項14に記載の磁石式角変位計測システム。
- 前記励起ユニット(5)は、少なくとも1つの磁石(51a,51b)が固定される磁石支持部(50)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載の磁石式角変位計測システム。
