Claims (15)
- 体外診断検査を行うための量(V1)の検査液(10)をピペット操作する方法であって、
ピペット装置(100)のノズル(50)を検査液(10)に浸し、前記体外診断検査を行うのに必要な量V1より多い量(V4)の前記検査液(10)を吸引すること、
前記ノズル(50)を洗浄液(20)に浸し、V4−V1に等しいか、またはV4−V1より少ない量(V2)の前記検査液(10)を前記洗浄液(20)に供給すること、
前記ノズル(50)を反応液(30)に浸し、前記体外診断検査に必要な量V1の検査液(10)を供給すること
を含む方法。 - 検査液(10)の総吸引量V4が3つの検査液の量V1、V2、V3の合計であり、V3は、前記反応液にV1を供給した後、前記ピペット装置に残っている検査液の余剰分である請求項1記載の方法。
- V1、V2、V3はそれぞれ1〜100マイクロリットルの範囲内である請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記ノズル(50)を前記洗浄液に浸し、前記量V3を前記洗浄液(20)に供給することをさらに含む請求項2または3記載の方法。
- 前記検査液(10)を吸引する前に、前記ピペット装置(100)をシステム液(61)で少なくとも一部満たすことを含む請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ノズル(50)の外側の少なくとも一部を洗浄するために前記ノズル(50)を前記洗浄液(20)に浸し、前記ピペット装置(100)の内側を洗浄するために量V5のシステム液(61)を前記洗浄液(20)に供給することをさらに含む請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記検査液(10)を吸引することが、検査液容器(12)の蓋(11)を貫通することを含む請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記検査液容器(12)の内部の圧力を測定し、測定された圧力が所定の範囲内である場合にのみ前記検査液(10)を吸引することを含む請求項7記載の方法。
- 多くの量V4の検査液を吸引/供給する場合は高速に吸引および/または供給し、少しの量の検査液を吸引/供給する場合は低速に吸引および/または供給し、それによって総吸引/供給時間が、量V4が異なっても略一定となることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 体外血液凝固検査を行うための請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 体外診断検査を行うための量(V1)の検査液(10)をピペット操作するためのピペット装置(100)であって、
少なくとも垂直方向に移動し、検査液(10)の量を吸引/供給するように構成された吸引/供給ノズル(50)を備えた流体システム(51)と、
システム液(61)のソース(60)、および前記ソース(60)に動作可能に連結され、前記ピペット装置(100)におけるデッドボリュームを最小限に抑えるために前記流体システム(51)をシステム液(61)で少なくとも一部を満たすように構成されたシステムポンプ(71)と、
前記流体システム(51)内の前記システム液(61)を、ノズル(50)の開口部から送り出す/開口部の方に送り込むことによって、検査液(10)を吸引/供給するための、前記流体システム(51)に動作可能に連結されたピペットポンプ(70)と、
前記ノズル(50)を検査液(10)に浸して、検査を行うのに必要な量V1より多い量(V4)の前記検査液(10)を吸引し、前記ノズル(50)を洗浄液(20)に浸して、V4−V1に等しいか、またはV4−V1より少ない量(V2)の前記検査液(10)を前記洗浄液(20)に供給し、前記ノズル(50)を反応液(30)に浸して、検査に必要な量V1の検査液(10)を供給し、前記ピペット装置(100)の外側の少なくとも一部を洗浄するために前記ノズル(50)を前記洗浄液(20)に浸して、前記ノズル(50)の内側を洗浄するために量V5のシステム液(61)を前記洗浄液(20)に供給するように、前記ノズル(50)の移動とシステム液(61)のポンピングを制御するように構成された制御装置(80)とを備えることを特徴とするピペット装置。 - 前記ノズル(50)が、検査液容器(12)の蓋(11)を貫通し、前記蓋(11)を通って量V4の検査液(10)を吸引するように構成された請求項11記載のピペット装置(100)。
- 前記検査液容器(12)の内部の圧力を測定するための圧力センサ(91)をさらに備え、前記制御装置(80)が、測定された圧力が所定の範囲内にある場合にのみ前記検査液(10)を吸引するように前記ピペット装置(100)を制御するように構成されている請求項12記載のピペット装置(100)。
- 吸引される前記検査液(10)の液面を検知する液面検出器(90)をさらに備え、前記制御装置(80)が、前記液面検出器(90)の情報に基づいて前記ノズル(50)の移動を制御するように構成された請求項11〜13のいずれか1項に記載のピペット装置(100)。
- 前記制御装置(80)が、システム液(61)のポンピング速度(Ps)を調節し、それによって吸引/供給される検査液の量V4に基づいた吸引および/または供給速度とし、そのため総吸引/供給時間は、量V4が異なっても略一定となる請求項11〜14のいずれか1項に記載のピペット装置(100)。
