Description
・飽和炭化水素の沸点より高い沸点を有すること、
・オイル分解現象を防止して抑制するために、酸素で酸化しにくいこと、
・飽和炭化水素にとっての溶媒であること、
・水蒸気ストリッピング温度において低い蒸気圧を有すること、
・工業的利用に適合した水/オイルの分離を可能にするのに充分な、水の存在下でのデカンテーションによる脱混合特性を有すること。
Claims (3)
- シクロヘキサンを分子状酸素で酸化するための方法において、酸化工程及び各種生成物の分離工程によって生成するオフガスを処理するための処理プロセスを含む前記酸化方法であって、
前記処理プロセスが、処理されるべき前記オフガスを液体状態にあるパラフィンオイル又はパラフィンオイルとナフテンオイルとの混合物より成る群から選択されるオイルと接触させて該オフガス中に含有されるシクロヘキサンを吸収させる工程、及びこのシクロヘキサンを含有するオイルを水蒸気ストリッピング(水蒸気蒸留)によって処理してシクロヘキサンを抽出し、回収された蒸気を凝縮させ且つ前記シクロヘキサンをデカンテーションによって分離する第2工程を含むことを特徴とする、前記酸化方法。 - シクロヘキサンを酸化してシクロヘキシルヒドロペルオキシド、シクロヘキサノール及び/又はシクロヘキサノンにするための方法であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- シクロヘキサンを酸素で酸化してアジピン酸にするための方法であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
