Claims (8)
- 無段変速機のレンジを選択する操作を受け付けるセレクト手段と、
車両の速度を検出する車速検出手段と、
エンジンと駆動輪との間に設けられ該駆動輪の正転と逆転とを切り替える前後進切替機構の動作を制御する目標制御量を取得する取得手段と、
前記セレクト手段により走行レンジが選択されており、前記車速検出手段により検出された車速が所定速度以上であり、かつ、前記取得手段により取得された前記前後進切替機構の目標制御量がエンジンの駆動力を伝達できない値である場合に、前記前後進切替機構の目標制御量が異常であると判定する判定手段と、を備えることを特徴とする無段変速機の異常検知装置。 - 前記取得手段は、前記前後進切替機構の目標制御量として、前記前後進切替機構を構成するクラッチのクラッチ圧を調節するアクチュエータの目標電流値を取得し、
前記判定手段は、走行レンジが選択されており、車速が所定速度以上であり、かつ、目標電流値がエンジンの駆動力を伝達できない値である場合に、該目標電流値が異常であると判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無段変速機の異常検知装置。 - 前記判定手段は、前記前後進切替機構の目標制御量が異常と判定される状態が所定時間以上継続した場合に、前記前後進切替機構の目標制御量が異常であると確定することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の無段変速機の異常検知装置。
- 前記前後進切替機構の目標制御量が異常であると確定された場合に、前記前後進切替機構の駆動量をエンジンの駆動力を伝達可能な値に制御する制御手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の無段変速機の異常検知装置。
- 車両を制動する制動手段と、
前記制動手段の動作を制御する制動制御手段と、を備え、
前記制動制御手段は、前記前後進切替機構の目標制御量が異常であると確定された場合に、自動的に車両を制動することを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の無段変速機の異常検知装置。 - 前記前後進切替機構の目標制御量が異常であると確定された場合に、運転者に対して警告を促す警告手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の無段変速機の異常検知装置。
- 前記判定手段は、運転者によってアクセルが操作されているときに、前記前後進切替機構の目標制御量の異常判定を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の無段変速機の異常検知装置。
- 無段変速機のレンジを選択する操作を受け付けるセレクトステップと、
車両の速度を検出する車速検出ステップと、
エンジンと駆動輪との間に設けられ該駆動輪の正転と逆転とを切り替える前後進切替機構の動作を制御する目標制御量を取得する取得ステップと、
前記セレクトステップにおいて走行レンジが選択され、前記車速検出ステップで検出された車速が所定速度以上であり、かつ、前記取得ステップにおいて取得された前記前後進切替機構の目標制御量がエンジンの駆動力を伝達できない値である場合に、前記前後進切替機構の目標制御量が異常であると判定する判定ステップと、を備えることを特徴とする無段変速機の異常検知方法。
