Description
工作物2に歯状部分を製作するために、工作物は先ず手動で又は操縦装置を用いて工作物レシーバ20に配置され、z2スライド49を移動させることで工作物カウンターレシーバ52により両サイドで締着される。次いで、カウンタースタンド6がc1軸10まわりに180°旋回され、それにより工作物2は作業スペース15に達する。この旋回により、工作物レシーバ21と工作物カウンターレシーバ54に締着されて完全に加工された工作物2は、作業スペース15から運ばれ、手動で又は操縦装置により降ろされる。荷降ろしの後、工作物スピンドル19は加工すべき新たな工作物2を備えられる。

Claims (15)
- 機械ベッド(3)と、
そこに配置された少なくとも2つの工作物スピンドル(18,19)を備えた旋回要素(7)と、
そこに配置された工具ヘッド(17)を備えた工具位置決めユニット(16)と、を有し、
前記少なくとも2つの工作物スピンドル(18,19)は、前記旋回要素(7)の工作物スピンドル旋回軸(10)のまわりに前記機械ベッド(3)に対して旋回可能であり、歯状加工すべき工作物(2)用に回転軸(24,25)のまわりに回転駆動可能な工作物レシーバ(20,21)をそれぞれに有し、
前記工具ヘッド(17)は、3つの方向に前記少なくとも2つの工作物スピンドル(18,19)に対して直線的に移動可能であって、工具ヘッド旋回軸(37)のまわりに旋回可能である、工作物に歯状部分を製作する工作機械において、
前記工作物スピンドル旋回軸(10)の方向に延在する軸受要素(8)が前記旋回要素(7)に固定して配置され、
前記軸受要素(8)の自由端(11)が、前記工作物スピンドル旋回軸(10)のまわりに旋回可能に補強要素(13)に設置され、
前記補強要素(13)は前記機械ベッド(3)に固着される、ことを特徴とする工作機械。 - 前記機械ベッド(3)は、前記旋回要素(7)及びそこに配置された前記軸受要素(8)並びに前記補強要素(13)と共に、作業スペース(15)を4つの面に対して画定する補強フレーム(14)を形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- 前記工具位置決めユニット(16)は前記補強要素(13)に設置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の工作機械。
- 前記補強要素(13)はL型であり、前記機械ベッド(3)に対して固定して固着されて垂直なz方向に延在するスタンド(5)と、前記スタンド(5)を前記軸受要素(8)に連結している交差部材(12)とを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 前記工作物スピンドル旋回軸(10)は垂直なz方向に延び、前記旋回要素(7)は前記軸受要素(8)と共に旋回可能なカウンタースタンド(6)を形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 前記補強要素(13)は少なくとも部分的にフレーム形状であり、
特に、前記スタンド(5)はフレーム形状であり、前記工具位置決めユニット(16)は前記スタンド(5)の貫通口(30)に設置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。 - z駆動モータ(32)によって前記z方向に直線的に移動可能なzスライド(31)が前記スタンド(5)に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- x駆動モータ(34)によって水平なx方向に直線的に移動可能なxスライド(33)が前記zスライド(31)に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の工作機械。
- 前記x方向と平行に延びる前記工具ヘッド旋回軸(37)のまわりにa駆動モータ(36)によって旋回可能な旋回部(35)が前記xスライド(33)に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の工作機械。
- y駆動モータ(39)により前記x方向及び前記z方向と直交して直線的に移動できるyスライド(38)が前記旋回部(35)に載置される、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の工作機械。
- 前記工具ヘッド(17)は前記yスライド(38)上に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の工作機械。
- 前記工具ヘッド(17)は、ホブ(44)用の回転駆動可能な工具レシーバ(40)と回転可能な工具カウンターレシーバ(43)を有し、当該工具レシーバ及び当該工具カウンターレシーバは前記ホブ(44)を締着、解放するために互いに対して直線的に移動可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 回転可能な工作物カウンターレシーバ(52,54)が、関連する前記工作物スピンドル(18,19)の前記回転軸(24,25)に対して同軸に前記軸受要素(8)にそれぞれ配置され、特に、前記z方向に直線的に移動可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 前記旋回要素(7)と共に前記軸受要素(8)は、特に前記カウンタースタンド(6)はフレーム形状である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
- 工具マガジン(55)が前記軸受要素(8)に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
