Description
本発明の実施形態による液晶ディスプレイと従来の液晶ディスプレイの区別とは、従来の液晶ディスプレイはある電圧信号を生じる装置によって各ソース電極駆動回路と各ゲート電極駆動回路に電圧信号を提供するが、本発明の実施形態においての液晶ディスプレイは定電流源と、各ソース電極駆動回路及び各ゲート電極駆動回路に設置された変換回路とを備え、この変換回路によって定電流の信号を電圧信号に変換することにより、各ソース電極駆動回路と各ゲート電極駆動回路に電圧信号を提供することである。
また、各ソース電極駆動回路と各ゲート電極駆動回路に変換回路を一つだけ設置して受信された定電流の信号を電圧信号に変換すればいいので、各駆動回路の間のパネル配線の寸法によって特別に変換電路を設計する必要がなく、製造技術を簡略化することができる。
同様に、二つ又は二つ以上のゲート電極駆動回路によって少なくとも一つの第二直列回路が構成される。この少なくとも一つの第二直列回路において、定電流源に接続されるゲート電極駆動回路の変換回路の入力端は定電流源に接続される。そして、定電流源に接続されたゲート電極駆動回路を除いて、他のゲート電極駆動回路の変換回路の入力端は第二直列回路で隣接する上流のゲート電極駆動回路の変換回路の入力端に接続される。
本発明の実施形態において、液晶ディスプレイの構造の需要によって、定電流源はアナログ電流源、又はデジタル電流源を使用することができる
尚、前記実施形態は本発明の技術案を説明することのみに用い、それを限定するものではない。前記実施形態を参照して本発明について詳しく説明したが、当業者は以下のことを理解すべきである。即ち、前記各実施形態に記載された技術案について変更することができ、又はその中の一部の技術的特徴を入れ替えることができる。且つ、その変更又は入れ替えにおいて、その技術案の本質は本発明の各実施形態の技術案の要旨と範囲から逸脱されることはない。

- ガラス基板と、
前記ガラス基板に設置された二つ又は二つ以上の駆動回路と、
定電流源であって、各駆動回路に定電流を提供するように前記二つ又は二つ以上の駆動回路が前記定電流源に接続された同一の配線に接続されており、前記定電流源は前記二つ又は二つ以上の駆動回路から独立するように前記各駆動回路の外に位置している、定電流源と、
前記各駆動回路に設置されて、前記定電流源から受信された定電流を電圧信号に変換して前記電圧信号をゲート線またはデータ線に出力する変換回路とを備える

前記第一回路において、前記定電流源に接続されるソース電極駆動回路の変換回路の入力端は前記定電流源に接続され、前記定電流源に接続されたソース電極駆動回路を除いて、他のソース電極駆動回路の変換回路の入力端は前記第一回路で隣接する上流のソース電極駆動回路の変換回路の入力端に接続される
請求項3記載のガラスチップ型液晶ディスプレイ。 - 前記各駆動回路はゲート電極駆動回路である
請求項1記載のガラスチップ型液晶ディスプレイ。 - 二つ又は二つ以上の前記ゲート電極駆動回路によって第二回路が構成され、
前記第二回路において、前記定電流源に接続されるゲート電極駆動回路の変換回路の入力端は前記定電流源に接続され、前記定電流源に接続されたゲート電極駆動回路を除いて、他のゲート電極駆動回路の変換回路の入力端は前記第二回路で隣接する上流のゲート電極駆動回路の変換回路の入力端に接続される
請求項5記載のガラスチップ型液晶ディスプレイ。 - 前記変換回路は、
定電流を受信する入力端と、
一端は前記入力端に接続され、他端は接地される電気抵抗と、
前記入力端に接続される前記電気抵抗の一端と前記入力端とに接続されて、電圧信号を出力する出力端とを備える
