Abstract
本発明はガラスチップ型液晶ディスプレイに関する。ガラス基板、前記ガラス基板に設置されて、且つ相互に直列接続される二つ又は二つ以上の駆動回路、各駆動回路に定電流の信号を提供するようにそれぞれ前記二つ又は二つ以上の駆動回路の中で少なくとも一つに接続される定電流源、受信された定電流の信号を電圧信号に変換するように各駆動回路に設置される変換回路を備える。
Description
本発明の実施形態による液晶ディスプレイと従来の液晶ディスプレイの区別とは、従来の液晶ディスプレイはある電圧信号を生じる装置によって各ソース電極駆動回路と各ゲート電極駆動回路に電圧信号を提供するが、本発明の実施形態においての液晶ディスプレイは定電流源と、各ソース電極駆動回路及び各ゲート電極駆動回路に設置された変換回路とを備え、この変換回路によって定電流の信号を電圧信号に変換することにより、各ソース電極駆動回路と各ゲート電極駆動回路に電圧信号を提供することである。
また、各ソース電極駆動回路と各ゲート電極駆動回路に変換回路を一つだけ設置して受信された定電流の信号を電圧信号に変換すればいいので、各駆動回路の間のパネル配線の寸法によって特別に変換電路を設計する必要がなく、製造技術を簡略化することができる。
同様に、二つ又は二つ以上のゲート電極駆動回路によって少なくとも一つの第二直列回路が構成される。この少なくとも一つの第二直列回路において、定電流源に接続されるゲート電極駆動回路の変換回路の入力端は定電流源に接続される。そして、定電流源に接続されたゲート電極駆動回路を除いて、他のゲート電極駆動回路の変換回路の入力端は第二直列回路で隣接する上流のゲート電極駆動回路の変換回路の入力端に接続される。
本発明の実施形態において、液晶ディスプレイの構造の需要によって、定電流源はアナログ電流源、又はデジタル電流源を使用することができる
尚、前記実施形態は本発明の技術案を説明することのみに用い、それを限定するものではない。前記実施形態を参照して本発明について詳しく説明したが、当業者は以下のことを理解すべきである。即ち、前記各実施形態に記載された技術案について変更することができ、又はその中の一部の技術的特徴を入れ替えることができる。且つ、その変更又は入れ替えにおいて、その技術案の本質は本発明の各実施形態の技術案の要旨と範囲から逸脱されることはない。

Claims (18)
- ガラス基板と、
前記ガラス基板に設置されて、且つ相互に直列接続される二つ又は二つ以上の駆動回路と、
各駆動回路に定電流の信号を提供するように二つ又は二つ以上の駆動回路の中の少なくとも一つに接続される定電流源と、
各駆動回路に設置されて、受信された定電流の信号を電圧信号に変換する変換回路と
を備えるガラスチップ型液晶ディスプレイ。 - 各駆動電路の変換回路が直列接続される請求項1記載のガラスチップ型液晶ディスプレイ。
- 前記各駆動電路はソース電極駆動回路である請求項1記載のガラスチップ型液晶ディスプレイ。
- 二つ又は二つ以上の前記ソース電極駆動回路で少なくとも一つの第一直列回路が構成される請求項3記載のガラスチップ型液晶ディスプレイ。
- 前記各駆動電路はゲート電極駆動回路である請求項1記載のガラスチップ型液晶ディスプレイ。
- 二つ又は二つ以上の前記ゲート電極駆動回路で少なくとも一つの第二直列回路が構成される請求項5記載のガラスチップ型液晶ディスプレイ。
- 定電流の信号を受信する入力端と、
一端は前記入力端に接続され、他端は接地される電気抵抗と、
前記電気抵抗の前記入力端に接続される一端と前記入力端に接続されて、電圧信号を出力する出力端と
を備える前記変換電路がある請求項1記載のガラスチップ型液晶ディスプレイ。 - 前記各駆動電路はソース電極駆動回路である請求項7記載のガラスチップ型液晶ディスプレイ。
- 二つ又は二つ以上の前記ソース電極駆動回路によって少なくとも一つの第一直列回路が構成され、
前記少なくとも一つの第一直列回路において、前記定電流源に接続されるソース電極駆動回路の変換回路の入力端は前記定電流源に接続されて、前記定電流源に接続されたソース電極駆動回路を除いて、他のソース電極駆動回路の変換回路の入力端は前記第一直列回路で隣接する上流のソース電極駆動回路の変換回路の入力端に接続される請求項8記載のガラスチップ型液晶ディスプレイ。 - 前記各駆動回路はゲート電極駆動回路である請求項7記載のガラスチップ型液晶ディスプレイ。
- 二つ又は二つ以上の前記ゲート電極駆動回路によって少なくとも一つの第二直列回路が構成され、
前記少なくとも一つの第二直列回路において、前記定電流源に接続されるゲート電極駆動回路の変換回路の入力端は前記定電流源に接続されて、前記定電流源に接続されたゲート電極駆動回路を除いて、他のゲート電極駆動回路の変換回路の入力端は前記第二直列回路で隣接する上流のゲート電極駆動回路の変換回路の入力端に接続される請求項10記載のガラスチップ型液晶ディスプレイ。 - 前記定電流源の電流値は各駆動回路の駆動電圧と各駆動回路の電気抵抗との比の値の総和である請求項7記載のガラスチップ型液晶ディスプレイ。
- 前記定電流源はフレキシブル基板によって、前記駆動回路の中の少なくとも一つに接続される請求項1記載のガラスチップ型液晶ディスプレイ。
- 前記フレキシブル基板は更に異方性導電接着剤によって、前記駆動回路の中の少なくとも一つに接続される請求項13記載のガラスチップ型液晶ディスプレイ。
- 前記定電流源はアナログ電流源又はデジタル電流源を使用する請求項1記載のガラスチップ型液晶ディスプレイ。
- 前記定電流源はプリント基板に設置される請求項1記載のガラスチップ型液晶ディスプレイ。
- 前記駆動回路は溶接によって前記ガラス基板に設置される請求項1記載のガラスチップ型液晶ディスプレイ。
- 前記駆動回路は金属ペーストによって前記ガラス基板に設置される請求項1記載のガラスチップ型液晶ディスプレイ。
