Description
本発明による複合成型体の試験片を射出(hosung chemex)して、一般の接着剤(Dongsung Chemical、5100#)を用いてウレタン(TPU)を接着させた後、引張強度測定器で剥離(接着力試験)される状態によって複合成型体の接着性を確認した。(○;剥離が全くない場合、△;剥離の発生気味が見える場合、×;剥離が起きた場合)
ホイール4つを1組にして750kgの荷重を積んで、2kmを運行してハーブとウレタンコーティング部分の離脱があってはいけなく、ベアリング挿入部分に伸びる現象もあってはいけない。このような方法で、耐久性及び走行状態を確認しており(○;離脱及び伸び現象が全くない場合、△;一部で離脱及び伸び気味が見える場合、×;離脱及び伸び現象が発生した場合)、耐熱性は、ドライオーブンで90〜120℃に温度を調節しながら、5分単位でホイール状態を確認した(○;変形が全くない場合、△;110℃以上で一部変形の発生する気味が見える場合、×;変形が発生した場合)。また、耐衝撃性はホイール4つを1組にして、750kgを積んで高さ1m上でホイールを落下してその状態を確認した(○;ハーブ部分にクラックが全くない場合、△;ハーブ部分にクラックが一部発生する気味が見える場合、×;ハーブ部分にクラックが発生した場合)。
リサイクル用ポリエチレンテレフタレート(SKケミカル、4080)、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン(LG化学、Hi100)及び硝子繊維(韓国ファイバー、硝子繊維チョップ)または炭素纎維を混合機で30分間混合した。必要によって、ポリエチレン(リサイクル)、ポリカーボネート(LG化学、Calibre201)、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(LG化学、5011)、ナイロン(コーロング、デュポン)、熱可塑性ポリウレタン(hosung chemex、5190AP)、スチレン‐ブタジエン‐スチレンから(錦湖石油化学、KT201)選択される1種または2種以上の樹脂をさらに含むことができ、各組成と含量は下記の表1に表した。上記混合物を220〜250℃に温度が調節された60m/mシングル圧出機で1,400rpmで混錬した後、射出成型機(ユジン油圧)で金型温度を220〜240℃に調節して所定量を金型に射出して40秒間冷却して成型体を得た。上記成型体に2液性反応性ポリウレタン組成物またはゴム組成物をコーティングして硬化する工程で複合成型体を製造した。それぞれの実施形態による複合成型体の接着性、耐久性、走行性及び耐衝撃性の試験結果を下記の表2に表した。
リサイクル用ポリエチレンテレフタレート(SKケミカル、4080)、ポリカーボネート(LG化学、PC201)及び硝子繊維(韓国ファイバー、硝子繊維チョップ)を混合機で30分間混合した。各組成と含量は下記の表1に表した。上記混合物を220〜250℃に温度が調節された60m/mシングル圧出機で1,400rpmに混錬した後、射出成型機(ユジン油圧、20オンス)で金型温度を220 〜240℃に調節して所定量を金型に射出して40秒間冷却して成型体を得た。上記成型体に2液性反応性ポリウレタン組成物をコーティングして硬化する工程で複合成型体を製造した。比較例1による複合成型体の接着性、耐久性、走行性及び耐衝撃性の試験結果を下記の表2に表した。
リサイクル用ポリエチレンテレフタレート(SKケミカル、4080)、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(LG化学、5011)及び硝子繊維(韓国ファイバー、硝子繊維チョップ)を混合機で30分間混合する以外には比較例1と同じく実施した。各組成と含量は下記の表1に表し、比較例2による複合成型体の接着性、耐久性、走行性及び耐衝撃性の試験結果を下記の表2に表した。
Claims (6)
- a)ポリエチレンテレフタレートとアクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレンが混合された混合物100重量部に対して硝子繊維または炭素纎維1〜30重量部を含む成型体を製造する段階と;
b)上記成型体に反応性ポリウレタン組成物またはゴム組成物をコーティングする段階と;
を含み、
前記成型体は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン及び硝子繊維または炭素纎維を含む混合物9.5重量部を基準として1.7〜2.0重量部の量のポリブチレンテレフタレートをさらに含む
ことを特徴とする複合成型体の製造方法。 - 上記a)段階のポリエチレンテレフタレートはリサイクル用ポリエチレンテレフタレートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合成型体の製造方法。
- 上記b)段階は成型体に反応性ポリウレタン組成物またはゴム組成物をコーティングした後、硬化する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合成型体の製造方法。
- 上記反応性ポリウレタン組成物はポリオールを含む第1溶液とイソシアネートを含む第2溶液との2液性組成物であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の複合成型体の製造方法。
- 前記a)段階の前記成型体はスチレン‐ブタジエン‐スチレンをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合成型体の製造方法。
- 前記a)段階の前記成型体は0.3重量部の量のスチレン‐ブタジエン‐スチレンをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の複合成型体の製造方法。
